Great pizza every time, thank-you. No place is perfect, but this Papa John's usually does an outstanding job. Most of their employees are pleasant & helpful. They are a little pricier than the competition across the street but when I want the best I call Papa John's.

New Year's Eve 2021, I ordered a Large pizza. After a 80 minute wait my order arrived and shows a Medium 12" that has maybe 5 of the 7 toppings I had ordered on my Large Pizza. Those toppings that were on the pizza only covered 1/2 of the pizza. Just look at this picture. 1/2 peppers cover the pizza, there is barely any Chicken, Bacon, or Pepperoni, no Beef, no Black Olives, and a little Pineapple. THIS RESTAURANT is a poor choice in 2022 BTW I even tipped 25% and it was a $29 pie! Pathetic

Ordered on the app 30 minutes before we were meant to be in town. We got to the store, and our app said it was ready and picked up, but we obviously hadn't picked it up. They said because of the storm and lightning, it was messing with their system causing the app to show inaccurate order details (aka it being ready and picked up). We went into the store, and they said it would be ready in about 15 - 20 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago, and it STILL isn't ready. Maybe it's just the hangry side of me talking, but I doubt the lightning messed with the app that badly, I think they posted it as being picked up to keep their numbers up. UPDATE: The store power just went out. We're currently trying to get a refund secured.

I just came from this location. I ordered 2 pizzas and As I was picking up my order I saw the worker in the back making pizzas with her bare hands. I'm not the type of person to make a big scene. That's so disgusting. I've been eating at this location a few years now but now I will never go back.

Not bad for what is basically fast food pizza. They have regular specials, so you can always find some kind of deal depending on what day you decide to go. The pizza itself is just "okay" but better than most other pizza chains. I find it a little "bready", if that makes any sense. My first choice is always something a little more "upscale", but if you need something in a pinch, don't hesitate to come here.

2 and a half hours later....still no pizza. They said 1h delivery, then an hour and a half. When i called at 2h and said our pizza would be cold, Lady that answered hung up on me after saying no it wont. 2h and 20 min later, they call us and say they wont be delivering our order. Their only options were to come get it ourselves for 40% off OR 25% off our next order OR a full refund of our $60 order. Why is that an OR option and not an AND option. Nobody should have to wait almost 2.5h for a pizza order that you said was on its way 3 times.
