Still the worst Wendy's around. I have been here about 6 times in past few months for my daughter who likes the nuggets. Never a line but Always have to wait for the food for at least 15 minutes. One time it took 30 mins. They are horrible. Not sure how it stays open.

I can't understand how this Wendy's store stays open for business. We hadn't eaten at this restaurant since before Hurricane Katrina when the burger my wife bit into contained a BB; thats right, a BB. Today we received coupons in the mail and decided to go back after all these years. And, the young man taking our order was a nice young man, but he said the manager said they don't honor coupons. Maybe in another 18 years we will try this Wendy's again.

Simply bad, first charge 2.50 for water, nope. Then receipt machine is broken. Then all four burgers had stale bread... then it is like they gave me the outside of the onions and tomato did not taste right.

Told us to pull up in the drive through when no one was in line behind us, then proceeded to "forget" about our order for 20+ minutes. We had to go back to the window in order to get service, where we watched them START making our meal, taking another 10 to actually cook everything. I didn't get my meals fries either...

Poor service; I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit , 4ct french toast stick, and small sprite. For starters my sandwich was not fresh cooked , the biscuit was super hard the eggs was burnt cook tasted like rubber . Next my French toast sticks were over cooked and also no syrup was given , who wants dry sticks . Lastly i ordered a small sprite and the working gave me Medium cup .. now wait before your like ohh they gave you more what's wrong with that ... Nope it's not sweet .. she gave a medium cup with a small amount of sprite.. Ghetto, usually the more adequate food standard is to just courtesy upgrade. Not to give your customers a half full product. I do not recommend this location and they may want to think about proper training there staff.

One person running the entire operation on balck Friday at 8:40 AM and she wasn't even ready to serve according to her with extremely nasty attitude and hating life. Very very bad customer service
