I have to give credit where it's due. Ordered today on postmates (3/22) and not only was my entire order correct, it was still hot and fresh by the time I got it. Everything was cooked well and not soggy or over cooked. It was seasoned good. Got large cajun corn and triple meal deal which has 6 classic, 6 boneless and 2 tenders with large fries. I chose lemon pepper for classic, hot honey rub for boneless and the meltdown for the tenders. Tenders were nice and crispy. Wings could've been crispier but that's my fault since I forgot to ask for well done. Everything was good though in terms of flavor. I don't really like their fries too much so I can't say much about those. They're pretty basic. And I love the cajun corn! It's flavorful and I'd definitely get that over the fries. Gotta get some of their ranch to go with everything. It's a perfect dip. Overall, shoutout to the crew working when I ordered (3/22) about 3:30PM for having my order packed correctly and and food cooked on time and done well. I had wingstop here in the past and wasn't impressed but today redeemed that visit.

Service is Trash! Don't acknowledge you waiting at the counter with the exception of pick up drivers. I couldn't speak to the food because after I asked if walk in drivers were going to continue picking up, he said, "I'm the only one that can take your order". I left - first you're in the back - where I can see you on your phone chatting with another worker and then no greeting. I never beg anyone to take my money. Service is everything to me especially when I am pay. Do better

Food isn't terrible as it's a franchise and you can't ruin it terribly but the laziness in the restaurant is very apparent. Service is the usual and ambience is terrible. They have a very cool design but they don't actually attempt to clean anything. This is literally after they mopped right before we entered which is the craziest part to me and it was on every side of the restaurant and under every table. What scares me is this is what restaurants hide from customers and keep in the kitchen. Well they don't even try to hide it, can't imagine how the kitchen looks. If they got health inspected, god forbid, they would fail. Improvements could be made but I get it, were in a employee shortage.

I was the first customer today and this Brick of grease is what I was served. Sealing your bag with stickers may keep the heat in but in also hides really bad food. To add insult to injury my receipt says if I complete a brief survey I can receive a coupon for a FREE FRY!!! ... From the SAME Wing Stop! Break out the Pepto-Bismol once again

This place never gets the order correct. Wing stop in other areas usually pay attention to detail when it comes to customer satisfaction. I ordered a 10 piece combo hot with lemon pepper sprinkle. I didn't open my bag prior to arriving at the hotel (trying to keep my food as fresh as possible) that was a huge mistake. I got the hot but no lemon pepper. Contacted the location to see if I could return the order and get what I paid for. I was told that they are close to closing and should come back another day. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. Last time visiting this location.

Tried out their delivery option and when I got my food they were missing stuff? So I gave them a call and they said they couldn't do anything about it because they were about to close.. Um maybe give me a refund of the stuff I didn't get? The dude was no help at all saying they were about to close and that I can go stop by the store and get it myself.. How am I supposed to get there BEFORE you guys close if you're ABOUT to close? Edit: After calling them, I looked at my food and drink and saw bugs in drink. This place is just straight up rude and nasty.

I have been to this restaurant several times within the last six months and I dont know what has happened to Wingstop as their customer service has gone down the tube. You never can place an order over the phone as they put you in eternal on hold, they don't seem to pay attention to the orders as they always miss something. The restaurant itself is not exactly clean. It seems that is not the responsibility of the staff to ensure the place is clean and welcoming. Sorry, but get your wings cravings elsewhere as this one only provide dissatisfaction!

This was a wonderful experience. The business is located at the end of a strip mall and there were many empty parking spaces. Upon entering the business, the smell of freshly fried wings and fries whisked me away. The cashier and manager were finishing a phone in order and immediately assisted me. They were very warm, friendly, and even informed me of all the current deals, to help save money. I was originally going to order 2 separate meals which would have cost $25+ but they recommended the $20 boneless blitz meal that comes with 25 boneless wings, 3 flavors, 2 dips, large fries (more than enough for 2 people), and 2-20 oz drinks. I ordered half Hawaiian and half Garlic Pepper. They estimated a 12 minute wait but the food was done in 7 minutes (Awesome!!!) My brother and I decided to dine in. The dining area was immaculate! There were 3 flat screens displaying different venues and they even offered to change it to anything we wanted to watch. The restrooms were SPOTLESS and smelled of nice air freshener. They asked if we needed anything else and also cleaned our table promptly when we finished eating. The whole experience made me immediately plan my next visit.

Horrible experience. The lady with the glasses was not our waiter but she was lovely. She checked on us but the girl that is a host/waitress around the bar was not great. She never gave napkins, checked on us, or gave us the right order. The wings were also over cooked.

Worst wing stop I've been too girl behind the counter was too busy on FaceTime to take my order then when she did she gave me old wings and reheated my fries twice. They definitely don't change the oil it taste like a cigarette! I got a headache stomach ache and now back pain from sitting on this damn toilet so long. I damn near want to sue they dirty ahh.
