When I lived in the Westbank, I would come here from time to time for meals. The last time Sophia and I stopped here was probably 2 years ago on Christmas Eve during our break. Recently, we came back for breakfast while we were on time. Unfortunately, the result wasn't what we expected. To begin, when we walked inside, the whole restaurant was warm. We did notice fans were on the walls running. Looked like their A/C unit wasn't working. Luckily, it didn't feel totally hot during our stay. We were seated immediately and placed our orders within minutes. I selected the smokehouse combo with hash browns, scrambled eggs and pancakes along with their pumpkin spice cold foam cold brew. The meal could've been better. I did manage to eat a good portion, but it needed some flavor to the dish. The iced coffee was not good at all. I don't think it was mixed well to begin with. After 2-3 sips, I pushed it aside. Sophia didn't care for her dish either. Not sure what happened, but this morning was off. I did appreciate the staff being tentative for us, but the food was underwhelming at best :(

Went back to see if had improved. Wrong it was worst. Started of with plastic utilities. Watered down and cold coffee, toast hard as a rock , asked to replace, same problem old toast, eggs disgusting, one run and one hard. disgusting place ! . SORRY I WENT BACK. What a dump. Giving I HOP A BAD NAME.

Worst EVERYTHING! And I didn't even sit down.. I am at the IHOP on Manhattan. It's 9:42a (2) ppl are at a table looking pissed. The cooks and a waitress are talking loud about the date they had the night before. The (2) guess just walked out. As I stood there waiting for the host, the folds in the back just kept on talking about their date. 5", 10", 20" and NO ONE EVEN CAME TO THE FRONT TO SAY A WORD TO ME. I Left came back, no one is anywhere to be seen. Another 10 min and NO service! Oh wait a guy walked out visibly upset! This is ridiculous. Poor Customer service! I am a Veteran and I have already started calling my fellow Veterans NOT to come over here!

Worse IHOP i been to. The woman at the register was nice, patient, and helpful. I waited almost an hour for my food, they FORGOT hashbrowns with my takeout, and gave me white bread instead of wheat. They were also joking and cursing in the back. Other than the woman at the register, everything else is terrible.

Greasy spoon. This restaurant is a disgrace to the Ihop organization. Nasty is the best description I have. Food too greasy to eat, spilled syrup in the container holding the salt and pepper. Place stunk of dirty mop water.

the service was terrible we waiting a whole hour before someone took our order. while eating we saw a cockroach climbing on the wall. absolutely terrible overall. the food was okay but we had to flag down a server just to get our order in. we still never figured out who our server was.
