The food temperature was perfect. Fries were ok, very greasy like they were cooked then cooked again. Speed of service was great. Down side: As of October,2025 they don't give refills because of Covid. Yes, COVID. Called corporate, they said "No, we don't do refills at our locations". Every fast food chain gives free refills, everyone. I honestly didn't know what to say. $3.27 for a coke, no refills? Might want to bump that down to maybe 99 cents. It's fine, I'll spend it at another place.

Rally's puts the fast in fast food. It's drive up only but the food is great and fresh. The burgers are delicious and the fries are the best anywhere. The staff is friendly and professional and if you don't mind eating in your car it's the place to go for lunch or a night time snack.

Went around noon on a weekday; short wait, polite and friendly staff, and they got us our food super quick! Everything was correct and super fresh.

The girl took my phone and scanned my coupon. She then messed something up. Next, she proceeds to tell me it will be regular price. She messed something up and now I have no coupon!! I decided not to purchase anything. I go back through the drive through to ask for the owner's name. They give me the phone number to the store, and tell me to call back tomorrow when the general manager is there. Rude and incompetent people. They couldn't even correctly tell me the managers last name. Her first name is Barbara. They said she's not from here. I went around 9:30. Please do something about this. The girl she asked for help even had nerve to tell me I used it before. I must have gone to another Rallys. They ruined my coupon and things like this cause you to lose business. Called back today. Barbara, the manager wouldn't even listen to what I was saying. She asked if I could call back at 5:00. So, she has another manager to back her up. She didn't even know what I called about.

Beware of being over charged. This rallys gives a receipt for the total amount but does not show the cost of each item purchased. On several occasions I asked for an itemized ticket and it was provided. On Wednesday 4-29-2015 the server refused to provide a ticket with prices and stated that he was too busy. My friend also had the same problem at this location. I called the store and 3 days later no one answers the phone. I talked to customer service dept. and no one has called or e mailed me in 3 days. Please don't accept your order without knowing what you were charged for each item. I also sent a report to the BBB and you should consider doing the same if you are told that you can not get a ticket with the cost of your food. David J LeBlanc

Terrible customer service. Overnight manager with cheap hair is the rudest manager you'll ever meet. She slams the door in your face and get the cook to go speak for her that does the same. If she didn't want to work there then I don't understand why she applied! Do not go there. Even the lady on the outside was upset and complaining how rude and slow they were. Once you give a person athority at a fast food place, they think they can fuck people over!
