The service was good. The restaurant was clean if you like whopper it's the same taste but just with a dye bun but every time they do a theme whopper I go

Jan 2025. Burgers were well cooked & dressed properly and not sloppy or messy. chicken nuggets were fresh & didn't taste refried nor as if they had been sitting out for a long period. I was skeptical to try this particular Burger King but ordering on uber from here has been a pleasant experience. delivery service was a 10/10. smooth and quick.

I stop for breakfast this morning and the young lady (Lena) was very pleasant and she had a big smile To greet her clients. It's so refreshing to see young people with such pride in their work. I had to go inside to tell the manager about my experience and her and the entire staff were all pleasant. A great way to start a morning.

I've been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone in corporate management. Unless you have a receipt, they really don't want to hear from us peons. On Thursday June 6th at 1930 (7:30pm) the lobby was closed. I was picking up an order for doordash. I tried to order a Rodeo burger for a snack because I was hungry. This was denied because I was picking up a doordash order. I asked her for a name and got "T". I was also asked to leave the pickup window. This is common. They do it to scam the efficiency software. I see it as dishonest. Waits at this location are stupid long. Also I am irritated that they are in the business of selling burgers and refused to sell one to me. I can't help but wonder why? Corporate needs to get some experienced leadership into this store before it goes bankrupt.

Workers ALWAYS have an attitude, NEVER give you fresh food even if you ask for it nor extra toppings that you ask for. ALWAYS dirty. HIGHLY DONT recommend this location, it should be shut down ASAP!

I have a special needs child and went thru the drive thru. I should have checked the order but didn't. I took my child and sandwich in and told them it's wrong. my child started to get anxious and I asked if they can bring to my car she told me NO seeing that my special needs child is upset and told me I would have to come back in or go in the drive thru line again. I left and a nice man told me he would bring it to me. Very thankful for what he did. They should take note in how to treat customer. Last time I will ever go there.

Tried the Maple bacon burger. It was HORRIBLE. It was supposed to come with an aioli, crispy onions, along with your regular toppings. Well that's a joke. It had maybe a 1/4 tsp. Aioli, & as far as the crispy onions well I found NONE. I took one bite & that was it!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!! Burger King, get your fast food resturants in order.

I don't do fast food often, but of course, the one day I decided to go to BK there's an eternal wait. I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes- long enough for multiple levels of regret to seep in and wonder what I was doing with my life. I finally got my whopper and fries and it was all okay. I hate to blame the staff, but they just didn't seem motivated to even be working.

I was on my way to bring food to 4 people working on laying a tile floor. I am disabled and on oxygen so I'm very soft spoken. I went through the drive thru and a very nasty voice came through the speaker...I CAN'T HEAR YOU! I tried to speak louder and she again with her nasty voice, said it again. She said it three times. In my past experiences I know if there is a problem with voice communication to just pull around and speak to them face to face.. She was even worse when I got to the window! I was annoyed at her behavior at this point but pushed my feelings aside so I could get the food and leave. I proceeded with my order and the entire time she was propped up with her head in her hand saying, WHAT TO DRINK? Heavy Sighing in disgust, Half way through my order she said, ANYTHING ELSE?! I asked her if I was bothering her or annoying her in any way. She proceeded to tell me that I could go somewhere else. I said, Bye! I called the corporate office. Why isn't someone from corporate stepping in and doing something about this?! Someone that miserable should not be working in the customer service profession. Just saying!
