Honestly, one of the worst dominos I've ever been to. The service is poor and the employees are rude. They messed up our order but assured me they made it correctly and refused to remake it. Then blamed the mistake on, "must have been the oven". Like, what? The oven changed the toppings? Just spend the extra couple dollars and order from Rotolos.

Got pizza delivered at 6:45 pm on Halloween night... the street was blocked off and DARREN walked the pizza all the way down to my house!! Thanks Darren

I won't even give tonights over 1 star. More like -5. I origanally placed my order at around 5:30. The person who took my order didn't even ask for payment which was weird but hung up before I could ask. I called back again to be sure they had my order and again did not ask. I've wrote checks in the past so no big deal. She also said my pizza would be to me in 15 to 20 mins. I went with the usual time because I'm thinking it would take that long to make it. Now it's around 7 and STILL no pizza. So I call them back and this time the person asked for payment. When we got our pizza it was cold and like it had been sitting. Not acceptable Domino's. Total fail.

It took close to two hours for delivery. It pizza was cold and not good at all. They must know it would be a problem, because they sent a coupon for 20% off the next order saying they apologize for the problems. Not using Domino's Pizza no more !!!

Went to the drive through and lady at the window was acting like it was a big problem that I was there and Stated " what do you want". While she was breathing heavy like it was a major problem I was there. I placed my order and received food. I returned the next night for an order and the same lady was there operating the drive through and she was acting in the same manner. Stated What do you want and was very rude about placing an order like I was totally bothering her. Then she yelled at her coworkers and said I'm leaving at 9 so I don't know what you all are going to do and don't care! Won't go back to this one. Lady is very rude and treating customers like we are a problem

The place is the absolute WORST!! Yes, I know it is just "fast food" and expectations should be low, but that does NOT excuse this establishment's customer service or how it is run. I love Dominos because of their rewards program and varied menu but will NEVER support this establishment again. I even hesitate to purchase from any of the other locations in the area. Every time I visited the Belle Chasse store, I was appalled by how disorganized and disgusted the employees acted. They openly argue and call each other names in front of customers. Delivery orders also seem to take forever, probably because of the above problems. Food quality is consistent with other Dominos, but I worry how the food is prepared with all of the other problems. The straw that broke the camel's proverbial back was this past Halloween. Kids were craving pizza, so I ordered online at 4:28, thinking I had plenty of time to bring the goods back home before I had to leave for work. Show up at the store at almost 5pm and it's mass chaos. Pissed off customers left and right, store packed but no food to show for it. Someone located my order sticker and told me they were behind but my order should be ready soon. Fair enough. More pissed customers came and left, 5:28 rolls around and I was informed that my order hadn't even been started yet. WTF Dominos? Almost late for work now, I asked if they could change the order to delivery so they at least my kiddos could eat. For my effort, I was given a dirty look and a definite NO. I tried to cancel my order and was told that my money would be refunded to my card. Before leaving, I asked for the name of the manager so that I could call back when they were less busy and voice my displease. Two days go by, I notice that my money was most definitely NOT refunded, the ultimate FU after everything else. But it gets better. I tried calling this "manager" multiple times and get a voicemail every time. No call back, EVER!! No resolution ever. I finally wrote the money off as a lesson learned but tell everyone I know not to ever use this store. Unless they too want to be be screwed over in multiple ways.

I absolutely love the pizza from this Dominos. It is always so GOOD. And their delivery guy John H. is so nice & professional. I always look forward to "pizza night".

Service depends on the night I guess and there's been ups and downs but tonight was enough to make me want to leave this review. We ordered via the app and were told 41-51 minute delivery time. Actual delivery time ended up being 1 hour and 47 minutes. We called just after the hour mark to check on the status even though the tracker within the app tells you what's going on, but I was hoping to hear an apology or a story of why they are running late. Instead, I was told they don't control the delivery time estimate on the app and they are really at an average delivery time of 3 hours but that my pizza was already out for delivery. After that I was hurried off the phone with a quick thank you for calling dominos and have a good night, click... I am pretty easy going and understanding when things run late as long as the business is upfront and honest about their screw ups. What irritated me was that we were told it was out for delivery, but the tracker in the app was saying it wasn't yet. The tracker was eventually updated 10 minutes after getting off the phone to show it was out for delivery. Pizza tasted good still along with the side items we ordered, the big issue is taking so long on the order and then being lied to about where it is in the process.

Love Belle Chasse, Louisiana Dominos Pizza! They are always polite and courteous. My food is always what I order and it tastes amazing. When I order for delivery they make sure my order comes in a timely fashion!
