One of our go to places on the westbank. The atmosphere, food and service are always good whether we sit inside or outside. There's usually bands playing and don't let the parking lot fool you this place is big. That parking lot can look full and there's still tables available. Wows me that they have so few stars but I've noticed people only really seem to review it when they have a complaint. So I guess in this case 48 reviews is a good thing! El Paso y'all should take that as a win! Good job! haha I'll be by tonight I came on here to see if I wanted to get something different. Thought maybe a picture would get my attention but now I think my mission is to take pictures of our delicious meal! See y'all soon.

Well, not such a great experience for pick up the second time we ordered. Tried to order through their online tool, but isn't very user friendly, gave up and called. Enchiladas Rancheras ($15.99), which according to the online menu, is 4 beef and can be substituted with chicken or cheese & onion. No rice or beans included. Asked for 2 beef, 1 chicken, 1 cheese & onion. "You want onion on all of them?" "No, just the cheese like on the menu." "You want them cooked?" "No, raw onions is fine." Ordered a children's beef burrito meal for the rice and beans. Chips were fresh, salsa tasty. Beef burrito, rice and beans were all good. Beef enchiladas were good. Then came the chicken enchilada - which didn't exist. There were TWO cheese & onion enchiladas. Okay, I like cheese & onion. ***Sigh*** Then I noticed the $1 upcharge for "burned onions." Too many Mexican restaurants in the area for a boo boo like this. Loved the short distance from my house, but I'll drive a little farther for a better experience.

Service was slow. Appetizer chips were a joke and fit for a child. The food and price did not match. Won't be returning. Business has been steadily slowing down and it's clear why.

Ordered from here on Door Dash. I'm not sure what I expected, but for $40, I expected so much more. I had a taco salad that had no salad in it. The taco salad itself tasted like it had been sitting somewhere just waiting for some waiting for someone to order it. The ground meat was so cold. I also ordered a quesadilla that had nothing but meat in it, and a sampler plate which most of the stuff was cold and unidentifiable. Never again.

There's better. Don't waste your money here. Service and food is ok at best. They forgot some of my items for my Togo. Food overpriced for what it is. Steak meat tasted like soap. First and last time eating there

This restaurant was great in the beginning but last several visits the quality in customer service and food has down graded. The waitress and waiters would rather talk and joke around with one another rather than tend to their tables where their tips depend on it. No drink refills, napkins, forgetting entrees and getting the orders wrong. There are so many other options for Mexican food and this is no longer one of them. Managers used to go around and make sure their patrons were doing well and that is a thing of the past.

After seeing the reviews we weren't sure about eating here, but most of the reviews were over a year old. We decided to give it a try. We were glad we did. The service was very good and the food was great. The chips came out warm and we had plenty of sauce and beans. The amount of food served was very good and the price was fair.

Last night was a disaster at El Paso. We've been regulars there, but after this, we're done for good. We were seated quickly, which was the only positive part of the evening. As soon as I headed to the restroom, my fiancé ordered our drinks and a large queso. When the waiter finally arrived with the drinks, he looked like he was terrified to approach us. We brushed it off, but it was clear something was off. When our entrees arrived, the queso was still missing. We mentioned this and asked him to remove it from our bill, but he didn't apologize or show any concern. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Throughout our meal, he completely ignored us. He didn't check on us, didn't refill our drinks, and only approached us when we flagged him down to ask for refills. After asking for a refill he rudely asked if we were ready for our check. After a messy card payment issue, he gave us an update which we appreciated then to top off our experience we weren't offered any boxes to box up our leftovers. To top it all off, this morning we discovered we were charged twice. Now we have to go back to the restaurant to fix their mistake. The service was abysmal, the food was mediocre, and we've had enough. We'll never return to El Paso again.

My sweets and I came here after a funeral. The choices were here or La Hacienda which I reviewed a LONG time ago but looks like it has fallen flat on its face lately and then this one. We weren't particularly fired up about either one so since I haven't been here, I said lets do it. I am not a margarita person. I am not a Tex Mex guy. I am not a Taco Bell Mexican fan. I am enlightened and I enjoy the real deal. The plus side. It was fast. Nothing atypical about a Mexican place. But it was kinda scary fast. Looks like lots of seating. It used to be a hog trough....aka Ryans Staff seemed friendly. The bad. Its meh. Wasn't horrible but I don't plan on coming back. It was mostly for my pie hole and it did the job. I was stahvin hongry. Well we both were. Niether of us got sick. There is better places on the WB.
