Absolutely love this employee how he is very organized and manages to have everything in order and always gets my order exactly right. He's very friendly too, I enjoy coming to this location. I stopped coming here due to some employees being so rude and not getting my order right. But this employee is on point with his work.

Girl with the mic had an attitude first window, the girl in the second window has amazing energy she deserves a raise, the first girl had an attitude all because we changed our order not only that we order 6 burgers and got 2 for a price of $13 if you're gonna work here change ur attitude Food Not only that the damn burger look like a damn slip n slide i mean what are we doing?, no music just plain, i wouldn't recommend going to this mcdonald's.

Everyone's attitude is terrible, we got ignored when we wanted sauce for the nuggets, even threatened to charged 31 cents to make us back out on what we were asking. Toilets are unflushed/clogged/dirty and the door opening bars where also dirty. Fries are old/greasy. The front counter lady was just on her phone ignoring us. The most miserable people on earth work here.

Bought a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle from the McDonald's on Ames and westbank expressway in Marrero. I check to see if my order was straight which appeared to be without unwrapping each individual sandwich until I got home. Low and behold they gave me a McGriddle bun instead of a sausage patty. Yes this was after hurricane Ida and it was a limited menu but there's no excuse for this

I ordered the two for four special that is offered right now. I arrived and the cashier stated that they can only accept exact change. I informed the cashier that I did not want any bacon on the sausage biscuit and I did not want any eggs on the egg Mc Muffin. I called to inform them of their mistakes the cashier said, "Well ma'am, that is how you ordered it." I said, "Ma'am, I did not order a "sausage" biscuit minus the sausage. I asked go speak to the manager, the cashier told me to hold on and the she ended the phone call. I was aware they were busy due to their breakfast rush, but I have managed several fast food restaurants and I never allowed the phone to ring more than 3 times; busy or slow. I finally spoke to a manager she seemed of age by the way she spoke.(late 30's-early or mid 40's) She mentioned that she just walked through the door but she used a tone of disgust as she spoke to me as if I caused a problem. She over talked me as I tried explain to her why I was upset, I did not want my money back I just wanted my order corrected. She told me about the rules for the offered special; I told her that was not the problem, the problem is the way the cashier attempted to handle the situation. She asked me what happened and as I began to tell her, she said, "So, all I have to do is replace your order?" I did not get a chance to tell her what was wrong and if I want my order replaced. I told her to give me my money back since due to her attitude. I am not sure if they hire people who they think are able to manage this location due to the neighborhoods that are in its surroundings. This entire location needs a renovation from the management to the employees.

You must have gave up on life to work at this location. Everyone has a terrible attitude. If you do not like your job, quit! Nobody is making you work here. You may have to google the term "work" to understand its true meaning. Find a job that you will like. Obviously flipping burgers at McDonalds is not rocket science but to the ones individuals working at this location, it is. I feel really feel sorry for these people b/c they will not achieve much in life besides flipping burgers at McDonalds. I mean, how hard is it to drop a basket of fries?? How hard is it to smile at a customer? How hard is it to show a little respect to the ones that pay you? It is really pathetic how employees act at this location.

Ordered through the app and chose curbside pickup. Al the curbside signs are put down so I assumed no curb side pickup available. So I went inside and was told to go through drive thru. Waited in the drive-thru line just to tell them I have a mobile order. Was told to pull up and I waited for about 10 minutes. Received my order and quarter pounder deluxe was not done right. Requested no mustard and no cheese. Went back around to drive thru and asked for the correct order. Employee gave me a regular quarter pounder. No Mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. I gave it back and received the same sandwich back: employee added Mayo and lettuce. Still missing tomato. And a huge thing of Mayo was on the side of the sandwich, not even inside the sandwich. So I asked for the sandwich to be redone since it just looks a mess now. I can hear the employee complaining inside but paid no attention to it. Received another sandwich and still missing the tomato. Gave it back to employee. I can hear the other employee screaming and complaining again. Employee gave me the same sandwich back and told me they were out of tomatoes. Only thing that was good about this experience is the manager was nice and was apologetic. I'd do no stars if I could, so I will dedicate the one star to the manager.

WORST McDonald's I have EVER visited!!! RUDE ladies taking orders, food that looks & tastes like slop!!! Idk who is the district manager, but after visiting this place this morning, asking for sugar & cream for my coffee, I have vowed never to go back. The lady straight told me NO that she doesn't want to put my cream & sugar inside the coffee because she isn't allowed to do it. (I was in drive through & the coffee was very hot & extremely dangerous for me to put my own sugar/cream inside, while at the wheel). This woman decides to tell me that the owner told her not to do it. Hahahahaha!!! She says her name is Rene'...well, Rene' does not deserve to be working, if she says big lies like that. Also, if ever a district manager walks into this place, covertly, I truly believe they would fall out from shock. Completely horrible service! That tells you what kind of "care" is being put into serving the food.
