I was in New Orleans at the time. Try the outback out there. The food was great. The service was outstanding. The server was on top of her game they were very friendly would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I ordered two ribeye steaks a few days ago. One was well Done and the other medium rare. Worst steaks I've ever eaten in my life. I don't know how they cook their steaks but they came out greasy and look like they were cooked in a microwave, also no crust on the steak. Parts of the steak were greyish on the inside. I should have returned them and just left. Will never try again.

Outback you never fail to disappoint. The husband wanted a margarita. It was a special occasion our anniversary, and the day before I start chemo. I am on a very restricted diet. No uncooked fruits or veggies, all meat is to be cooked to well done, and no spicy Cajun seasoning. I asked for a sirloin well done. Explained the reason to the waitress no seasoning. Baked potato butter sour cream only. Fried mushrooms. The mushrooms had a tinge of over done taste to them. The potato came fully loaded. The steak had pink in the middle. By the time we got our waitress's attention the husband was well into his meal. By the time I got my meal back he was done. The lack of empathy and care of the staff is apparent. I tip generously when the service is present. When the service is lacking I tip accordingly. I don't know why I keep hoping for better from you but ya'll still suck majorly. They weren't hard requests to fulfill. 105 dollar tab. I would include the receipt but we didn't get one. because I never got the bill from the waitress I paid at the table via the machine. I did get a stack of about 5 to go boxes dumped at the table as she walked by. It was over kill. And I was not impressed. The margarita was as ok as you would have expected. The salt on the rim done half ass as is the status quo here. Update. The manager did reach out and did hopefully take my concerns seriously. That was a positive. A first step in making a better impression

Ordered burger with raw onions and pickles only and crispy fries to go. At pickup the waitress could not find order, showed her email, finally she came out with the to-go bag. Burger had 1 pickle and one small piece of onion. Absolutely worst burger I ever had, thought someone was playing a joke. The meat was salty beyond words and spicy, spicy hot. The fries were cold and under cooked. Waste of time and money.

The burger was well cooked but the buns and dressing was mediocre. And I didn't have any utensils or napkins for my salad and foods!!!

Ordered takeout....got home, half the order was missing. Their only solution....come pick up your missing food. Poor service. This is why so many businesses fail.

I ordered a bowl of baked potato soup, from curbside. When I made it home 20 minutes away. It was raining. it was a cup that had nothing but broth. No potatoes or cheese. It was awful. Then I called the restaurant and they acted like it was my fault. I went all the way back only to be ignored. Never again this purchase was made on 11/14. At the Barataria location.
