Sonics app is a useless piece of shit designed to make sure u frustrate yourself nearly to death. Can't sign in with any credentials therefore u can't order. Not sure how they remain in business!

this sonic is a joke ! avoid it! I was told my total was $18 & change , got charged $23 on my card ... Most of their drive ups are closed and have no screens. You can NOT order online to this order which is annoying. Trying to save $ in this economy and charging us more than it should be. I'll be calling corporate too!

I've tried ordering Uber here twice and they say they don't have my order because they don't want to make it. They rather play around in the kitchen and I've also been ignored at the window. Awful management.

The wait in the drive-thru is too long it took up almost my entire time for lunch. On top of that they only one customer parked and the staff was talking and laughing which makes it seem as if they are not working.

So this location is kinda close to my home. The women in my home are obsessed with the cheese sticks and fountain Cokes here. So much so that my Sweets has earned the nickname "Coke lady" because she is here so often. They seem to have good luck when they go to the drive thru. They get in and out pretty fast. Not me. I get stuck for sometimes 15 mins. From time to time I'll partake in the cheese sticks. Maybe even a burger. Its convenient and decent fast food. Aside from the wait. I am an impatient person tho so pay no mid to me.

I'm always surprised every time I visit here. This is the best Sonic I've ever been to. I am so used to slow service, inaccurate orders, and unconcerned employees and filthy parking areas. That was NOT the case here! The 8 times I've been here the parking area was always clean, the person taking my order was very friendly, and my food came in a timely manner. The person delivering my order always had a smile and the other employees handing out other people's orders always greeted me and smiled. They even check on you, after a certain time, to make sure everything is okay. I am completely WOWed by my experience. I almost always order a strawberry cream slush and a order of mozzarella sticks. The slush is always made to perfection and the mozzarella sticks are always crispy and yummy. I work near here so I always look forward to my lunch break to eat here. I am officially a regular here!

Been waiting ALL DAY to buy the Steak and Bacon grilled cheese sandwich...get it and bam... TERRIBLE..It didn't even look like the sandwich on the commercial.The steak was dry and hard not to mention it only had 2 pieces.Its safe to say I won't be buying this sandwich again.

I try to be as aware for others as I can. But here is just not the greatest, it's been awhile since I've been here because it's just not great. The work is sloppy, the wait is long, and more than 9 times out of then you don't get what you order. And when you do it's mostly disappointing. Ever now and then I try to give it a chance, maybe this times there's a new manager or new workers/policies. But it always remained the same sub par establishment that I remember it to be. I hope for things to improve because it's conveniently located right outside my neighborhood.
