Service is terrible. We ordered food and were told to go around and someone would bring the food out. Instead of them bringing the food out they held our food out of a " Late Night Pick-Up" window. I would not have went through drive thru if I wanted to get out to get my food

All the tables were dirty. Asked for a rag to clean ours off and the manager said she'd do it. Came over and wiped ours off for us but ignored the other ten tables that were also filthy. We were told they were out of fries, after we placed order. Acted like they didn't want to refund the fry money and asked us to take a taco instead. Then when we went up to get our food, they suddenly had fries? The restroom was cleaner than the dining area! The place is just a hot mess.

Waited an hour in drive thru just for them to tell me to go through the brand new purple window for mobile orders then stood around outside at night for 10 minutes while my food sat there on the table waiting for the guy to give me my food. The "speaker" they use for the window is so quiet it is impossible to hear.

Thursday July 31 2025 at approximately 10 pm Everything about the Service was absolutely awful , I received the wrong order , servers wore one glove meanwhile rubbing their nose with the other hand, I just grab the food and left because they were going back and forth arguing with another customer . I'm done

0 stars. It doesn't get much worse than this. Been waiting for an hour. Can't get a refund and workers don't care to make the food. Told to just wait or that they're working on it for the past hour. Horrible!!!! Fire everyone and start from the ground up. Working in customer service but have no customer service!

First of all I was not greated appropriately, I just got stares no one wanted to take my order. The food was horrible tasted like dirty and it was kinda burnt. I am so disappointed now and I'm at home very hungry. I will not come again.

before i was even done ordering she told me to pull up and when i told her i wasn't done she mocked my boyfriend and said back "can i get...." in a very rude way. i couldn't even finish my order. she has pink braids and pink nails with charms. as a person who works in fast food, that's just unacceptable and i'd be fired for something like this

If I could, I would rate this lower. Absolutely horrible and rude staff. Was there over 30 min and they lost our order multiple times.

It took FOREVER to get my order! The workers were lazy and stuffed everything in one bag, which ripped. Our food was not correct and sloppy. The place was not dirty either. Just hope that next time it takes less time.
