Server goes above and beyond considering what I am usually enduring at Waffle House. He's kind, patient, and very respectful. It's rare to hear a customer be asked if they would like any water while they wait on their meal. I commend him on the effort.

We had to ask for menus, silverware and for the dirty table to be wiped clean. We even had to ask for the waffle which comes with the all star breakfast after the main plate was completely eaten! When we finally gained our waitress's attention, she said "don't worry, it's comin'" and then we heard the order being put in. Syrup and butter arrived right away. 5minutes later we are still waiting.

Terrible customer Service. The server has a bad Attitude and mean! my order wasn't complete if I didn't look at my bag. Missing my Waffles and I told the lady my waffles isn't in my bag and she responds mad and aggrevated. She grabs my bag and looks at my ticket without saying sorry.

Look, whenever someone says they want breakfast I am always going to suggest The House. I used to think I was too good for The House, but I was very wrong. Now I am a faithful follower and I wish to convert everyone I meet to my delicious religion. I had never been to this Waffle House and boy, it is ROWDY! I can tell that in order to work at this WaHo, you have to have a sense of humor and you can't be shy about singing along with the jukebox. I was here pretty late in the morning (pre-lunch) and there was a nice crowd, so we sat at the counter. The staff was on top of it coming over to take our order right away. As the cooks prepared breakfast, they sang and danced along to the jukebox and I had a great time watching them enjoy their job. Instead of my usual all-star, I kept it simple with a two egg breakfast which comes with grits and a biscuit and I got a blueberry waffle because they still had the special going at that point. As always, the food was ready really fast, it was delicious and it satisfied my craving for deliciousness. And they seriously need to have blueberry waffles year round. They're so good and they taste like blueberry cake! This WH is a little out of the way for me to visit regularly, but it's a solid member of the Westbank WH family.

This is my first choice for breakfast and lunch! I've been stopping by a lot lately. The parking lot is very spacious and always really clean. The place is fairly new so the parking lines are very vivid. The inside of the restaurants is always very clean. The employees always greet me promptly. I usually order, over the phone, and take my food togo. Whenever I pick up my order, the food is still hot and fresh. I always order the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with the hashbrowns for $5. Their bacon, egg, and cheese is to die for. I see previous reviews say otherwise but so far, so good. I get a friendly and welcoming vibe and will continue to patronize. *crosses fingers*

Any time I've ever been to a Waffle House it's been with a little bit of a larger group (5-8 people), and quite honestly I just don't think most Waffle House's are good at accommodating larger groups (that's why its mostly counter & smaller booths). Any way, I came here with 5 people on a weekday (when they were less busy) so service wasn't QUITE slow/hectic as it normally is. Sure, our waiter forgot to bring the kids chocolate milk even with a couple reminders & our coffee refills were a little slow, but at the end of the day everything was A-OK, and (per usual for Waffle House) the food was solid. I has the All-Star breakfast w/scrambled eggs, sausage & grits. Everything tasted great! I'm normally not a grits eater, but my mom has hashbrowns w/her meal (which I knew she wasn't going to eat) so I decided to try them. Prices are very good for the amount of food you get.

I was extremely surprised by the whole experience here. I came here with my girlfriend begrudgingly because I like cooking my own breakfast, but we didnt have anything left at home, so this was plan C. We walking in and was greeted in a friendly manner and asked for our drink order right away. After a quick look at the menu, (remember I was starving!) we ordered up and im talking probably 5 mins the food was on the table. I mean fast! And just the way my girl ordered. She is picky. Im not. I was starving so the sausage patties could of come out raw for all I cared :-) The short of it is, dont hesitate to visit here. Our sever was friendly and the staff was all over the place. I will be back when I cant cook my own bekfas again.

I walked in here at 7:45 PM last night. I was the only customer in the joint. The music was blaring, the whole restaurant was freezing cold, and the lady who (after trying to ignore me for 5 minutes or so) finally greeted me--but acted like I was invading her space or interrupting something way more important. I should have taken the clue and turned around and walked out right then and there, but I was starving, so I wasn't thinking too clearly about how this was obviously about to go down. I knew exactly what I wanted so I ordered a steak and eggs plate with hashbrowns and a cup of coffee, to dine in. The lady asked me 3 times if I wanted the order to go. I had to keep telling her, "No ma'am, I'm eating here." Clue number two, only myself to blame. I sit down, and eventually, she brings my plate out. The "steak" was--at most--2.5 ounces total, with 1.5 ounces of gristle. I think she probably had to search through the icebox for 10 minutes just to find the nastiest possible scrap of "meat" to serve to me, out of spite, since I evidently interrupted whatever she was doing before I arrived and not taking the hint "to go". Anyway the steak was totally inadequate both in quality and serving size. The hashbrowns were burnt and tasted like cardboard, and the eggs and steak were cold--just like the restaurant itself and the attitude of the staff. I paid $15 and I swear left hungrier than when I came in. Not only that, most of the tables were covered with grease and grime (I had to hunt for the cleanest table before sitting down), and the men's bathroom was a pig sty. Never again! I used to totally love WH 10 years ago, but now the prices are way too high, the service sucks, the food quality and portions are in the gutter. To the management, I hope y'all go out of business. Take my advice, and stay far, far away from this ghetto-ass establishment. For a better meal and higher-quality people, try the New Orleans Mission or the Orleans Parish Prison.
