Terrible service. I pulled through the drive-through ordered my food waited outside for 15 minutes for my food. It was still not brought to me. I went inside waited 15 more minutes and had to continuously ask him about my food. They had at least 15 workers in this establishment and it's just unacceptable to have customers waiting at these wait times.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time coming here. This location always messes up your order and forgets something. I came here the other day and placed an online order ahead of time thinking it would be a quick trip to pick up my order and leave. I thought wrong. Went to drive thru line to pick up my order and waited over 20 mins until the car in front of me passed the ordering machine. Seemed like the workers took forever to even help the person in front me. Note that I was the second car in line. After the car in front of me moved ahead, I got to the machine and told them I was picking up an online order and waited for 5 minutes to hear back.. got tired of waiting and drove to the second window. After I told the worker I was waiting for an online order (at least 30 mins has passed since I placed the online order and should've been ready) he told me to pull to the side and that they'd bring it out. After another 10 mins of waiting, I was very annoyed and frustrated at this point. It was ridiculous that I've wasted a good 45 mins of my time to just pick up an order. I ended up just leaving and not even getting my order because it just wasn't worth it anymore. It's obvious that this location is not organized and employees seem to not care or have any urgency to serve their customers. Will never come back and I can't believe I had the worst fast food experience ever. Wish I could attach a photo with my review but I ended up not even getting my order :)

Not sure why this location gets low ratings, but I just enjoyed one of the best meals ever. It was so good, I didn't think about taking pictures until after I finished. I only took pictures of the drink and my receipt to prove that I was there. I had the classic chicken sandwich, red beans and an arnold palmer. The sandwich was the bomb. It was my third chicken sandwich, the first at this location. It's so juicy and the crispy, crunchy crust is sooo good. The crust/breading is what separates Popeyes' sandwich from Chic-fil-a's. And let's not forget the bun. It has the perfect bun action, soft and tasty. It also had the perfect amount of mayo and pickles. The red beans were on point. Creamy and nicely seasoned. The ratio of rice to beans was appropriate. I wished they gave you more for your money though. It's beans and rice, after all--relatively cheap ingredients. Lastly, the arnold palmer was one of the best I've had. It exceeded my expectations. Oftentimes, servers don't get the ratio of lemonade to sweet tea correct, but this one was perfect. It could've had less ice, though. What's with all that ice? Service was good. I had to wait about 10 minutes after I got in line, but it wasn't crazy like the first few week after the sandwich came back.

just do yourself a favor and go to the one on barataria. these workers are the worst ive ever come across and thats an understatement. food tastes old a lot of times and they mess your order up like everytime and you have to tell them what you ordered like 5 times just for them to still mess it up. place need a complete new staff.

It's unbelievable how run down and disgusting this Popeyes is. It started with a 5+ minute wait just to place my order, and it is not that they were busy, there was no cars in front of me at the drive through, and only a couple in the parking lot. During the wait I had plenty of time to observe the poor condition of this building. Once they finally came back to take my order I had to repeat it 3 times, the intercom sounded like it was covered by a paperbag. When I got to the drive thru window it was filthy, inside the window were crammed old paper towels and plastic forks, just another indication of the lack of proper cleaning. I actually had second thoughts on my order. I get it that the employees are young and many starting on their first job but - the appearance and attitude clearly indicate they take no pride in their customer service skills. I typically stop at Popeyes as they are my go to for fried chicken. I will never stop at this one again, as there is a Churches across the road from them, and they are not much better. Corporate you can do better, this store is a poor reflection on your product. Pictures are available if requested.

This is one of the West Bank locations of this national fried chicken fast food chain. Product: Chicken and fixings and soft drinks. I think that their "spicy" isn't as spicy as it used to be, but I don't blame this particular location. I am of the opinion that they scaled down the Scofields when they started moving out of South Louisiana and after Al Copeland sold the chain. The chicken is still pretty good, in fact, probably the best drive through chicken you'll get from a national chain. 3 stars Service: Can be iffy at this chain, but the folks here did ok. 3 stars Facilities: Your typical stand-alone fast food restaurant with the amenities you'd expect--private parking lot and drive through, bathrooms, and some uncomfortable seating inside (once again, not this particular location's fault). 3 stars Bonus: They still do wraps if you request them, but I don't think they're on the menu any longer. At $1.99 each, they are cheap, tasty, and filling. Overall: An average fast food stop if you're looking for something beside a burger. 3 stars

Completely incompetent or racist against Asians. More than once did they skip my order. I had to wait over an hour to get my food. I had to tell them over 5 times what my order was and they STILL IGNORED ME. I watched over 15 cars behind me get their food before me. One time is a mistake , 2 times a coincidence, 3 times is utterly racism or a intelligence deficiency.
