WOW... this small restaurant located at the Food Court of Caesars Hotel is amazing. They only sell two soups and two sandwiches. I had both soups.. PHO and Spicy Noodles. They have great flavor and lots of meat and toppings. Only thing is that the broth is served Luke warm... you have to request it to be HOT. Their Grilled Pork Sandwich is excellent. The menu is vey limited and the hours are only open Friday-Sunday from 7:00pm - 1:00am.

Craving a bit of Asian food after a few days eating Cajun and Creole in New Orleans. This little spot, inside the Caesars casino, serves some delightfully, authentic pho and banh mi (pate spread included - impressive) that is leaugues above the other offerings inside the food court.

We love this place. Ordered here twice and both times, the bun bo hue and banh mi were delicious. And let me tell you one thing, Im not being racist, but we all know that if the broth taste that good, there's probably a little short Asian lady working back there. Nope! Not at all. Just two black men. I was so pleased and impressed by them . I'm not sure if both were doing the cooking, but I know one man took the order while the man that looks like yung joc was cooking. Not only was the guy taking the order was nice and so on top of everything, but the man back there was even nice too. I would visit this place everyday if I could.

How is this place not on yelp. I've been there twice. Im from a city with a legitimate Vietnamese community. It's so freaken busy it's almost comedy. There are more Vietnamese people eating here than I've seen in the entire city the entire time I've been here. I can't judge against the pho in the rest of the city. But I've have the bun Bo hue. While less spicey than I'm used to it is very solid. Good amount of protein. Had their pho Bo. Also solid compare to vancouver Canada where I'm from

We are from Houston where are lots of pho and I gotta say, its pretty solid here. It's a bit of a hole in a wall inside the casino. Literally, they have an Itty bitty kitchen with a door that you order from and a couple of tables outside on the floor where the slot machines are. It's cool tho, it's part of the ambiance. Like.. you're literally in a casino so why not embrace the machines? Def come here! You won't regret it!
