We rented on 2 separate days on our trip from this location. Day 1 - everything went great, fairly fast to pick-up car and we received the correct vehicle. Great service from the nice lady who usually works on Mondays. Day 2 - everything went wrong. We arrived to find a man working the counter. He had no help and was working with a customer. We were next but it took 40 more minutes of waiting. By that time there were several people behind us that were very upset. When he finally waited on us he gave us a Jeep and not the vehicle we had reserved. He said to bring it back with the same amount of gas. When we brought it back he was upset we didn't fill it. I showed him the picture I took with my husband's watch in it that showed the fuel level at pick up and also the photo I snapped at return. We returned it 3/4 full so it was a 1/4 fuller than at pick up. It also took us 25 minutes just to return the vehicle. Definitely not happy with this one. The Jeep was awful too.

Terrible customer service at this location. Will try to avoid this location if I can in the future. No assistance or help from the representatives and they appear to be very rude. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If possible they would have zero stars. We rented a vehicle months ago to pickup on Friday 5/17/24 around noon. We even spoke with an Avis representative that morning to see if we could pick up the vehicle earlier. They changed the reservation, but did not bother to tell us the office was closed and we could not actually get the vehicle. The building had no power and the employees all went home. We called the main # and no one could help us and they could not give us another vehicle. We had to cancel our reservation and go to a different car rental, which cost us triple the price since it was last minute. After all this they apologized and asked me to fill out a ticket, like they were going to help fix the problem. NOPE. WE WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN.

I flew in to New Orleans and reserved a rental car with this location on Wednesday May 17th. We arrived at this location and spoke with the gentleman at the counter. He informed us that there wasn't any cars available. This was a huge inconvenience for us especially since we had our reservations to Pick up a vehicle at this location.
