I was staying at the Double Tree and needed to get down to the riverfront. I was with my 86 year old aunt and she could not walk that far. The valet guys said go see if they will help you. Three bikes sitting across the street in front of Harris Casino. I went over and the guys were so nice. I told them I had a walker and wondered if I could put it on the bike. NO PROBLEM. So a couple of hours later the guy was gone but there was a new guy who took us down. OMG the road was so bumpy we thought we were going to fall out. We were laughing and having such a fun time. After our dinner cruise I called for a pickup and a new guy who was so much more talkative and friendly picked us up. The ride was not as bumpy and he drove us up to the hotel. These guys are great! I will use them in the future and recommend them to all that visit.

Oh my goodness....there are no words to describe this experience. It was our most enjoyable experience we tried while in NOLA. We went from the French quarter to the Garden district with our driver "Coach"....this is not a short distance by far. He biked like a champ the whole way there and back and man did he know his stuff about all the history of the big mansions we got to see! Being a local all his life gave him first hand knowledge on everything along the way which was priceless! He was so informative and interesting and it was worth every penny ! It was a spectacular tour all thanks to Coach! We will be looking him up next time we visit! So should anyone else that visits!

My elderly father and I took two trips with Bike Taxi this afternoon. The drivers are friendly and quick. The bike taxis get around the French Quarter much more nimbly than cars, making the ride more interesting and taking less time. Both rides we took were different distances, and we were charged the same price for each ($15) so perhaps the bike taxis charge a flat fee? Drivers say they don't have cash to break a $20 so plan on leaving a $5 tip if you don't have bills smaller than $20. Our driver definitely earned his tip after hauling our combined weight around. :)

I was in NOLA to celebrate a dear friend's birthday and her partner organized several pedicabs from Bike Taxi Unlimited to show us around town from 11pm until 2am, making pitstops at several quality bars for ridin' around drinks. The staff was phenomenal - perfect mix of a little bit of history and a little bit of laughs. Thanks so much to Dan, Foster, Liz, Kate, Sarah, and Ryan for the perfect ending to a wonderful celebration! (Only feedback would be to let the sweet drivers focus on their rides and hire someone else to field dispatch - felt so bad for Liz pulling double duty during our tour, but she multitasked like a pro!)

Loved our experience using the pedicab service yesterday!!! My friend and I decided to take a pedicab after a wonderful lunch at Angeli's back to the Royal Sonesta. I called the dispatcher and asked him for a pickup in 15 mins. Our driver, John, arrived early to pick us up and waited patiently while we were finishing up in the restaurant. John was real friendly and talked to us the whole time while driving the ten blocks or so to the hotel. From the dispatcher to the great open-air experience to the personable drivers, you can't go wrong taking a pedicab. Blankets are even offered on chilly days. Rates are around $1/minute. An excellent way to get around the CBD, Quarter, Uptown, or the Warehouse District.

11/13 after the Saints vs Broncos game we decided to bar hop and we use this company frequently...but our main driver Gina is out of town...so of course being in the French Quarter we saw the same company different driver (Chuck) my BFF sis prepaid for service while we went to the carousel hotel bar to grab a drink after our feet said no more walking Chuck the bike taxi driver seemed friendly talkative informative about local hangouts...until the con game began I thought it was a standard rate. Chuck also informed us he was flexible to tour us around charging 1.50 per minute to cruise the French Quarter area...Sunday's if there is no major event is super low key things close earlier too so when we stated to go back to the hotel after a few places were closed or only a small group of ppl...please be aware Chuck is not my driver of choice after this incident so you have been warned! (Sad b/c I honestly thought he was delightful and informative) Look I am willing to pay for good service and tip generously but over charging or hustling ppl isn't cool... period! Moreover being employed at a bike taxi is a quick cash/customer service job or second job...this job shouldn't be your main source of income if you have to dishonest I would use this company again just pls don't try to hackle on prices on a none event Sunday night after attending the Saints Vs. Broncos football game befair#irked! I am sticking with Gina the real fair deal next time!

This was the most surprisingly awesome part of my trip to New Orleans, and that is saying a lot considering all the fun I had while New Orleans. My brother and I aren't exactly small guys and as such I had pushed back about riding in one of these. He went up to a young lady who seemed to want to prove me wrong. We jumped in and off she went. She gave us a 30 minute tour which I now regret I didn't pay her to continue. She told us ALL about what we were going past AND she ran us right up to a very cool light show we would have never known about otherwise. SO COOL. If you are in New Orleans look up Angie with this group. She was AWESOME! We left there and went to do a haunted carriage ride, which was the complete opposite (however that review is for another company). If Angie sees this thank you so much
