We booked this property as a weekend getaway, check in on Friday and out on Sunday. 2 Adult couples in there 40's just to hang out. Well the property is centrally located, we enjoyed the walk to Bourbon, the Casino, and the mall. The apartment was a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom large living area, 1 TV in one bedroom and 1located in the living room. The kitchen had stainless steel appliances, compact washer/dryer combo. Our initial thought was this is GREAT. Not the case, it was not all bad but, I want everyone who decides to use STAYALFRED The Maritime Apartment to know what we experienced so they won't have the same unfortunate problems. Well, first there was only 1 TV in a 2 bedroom apartment , 1 remote. The washer and dryer did not work, so we had wet laundry and was unable to dry our towels, so we bought towels for the weekend. WE CALLED, STAYALFRED and was informed due to the weekend they were unable to fix the washer/dryer or fix the clogged bathtub. Oh yeah! The bathroom bathtub was clogged the entire stay, so we shared a bathroom between 4 ppl. This is what made this stay the ULTIMATE WORST...So make sure if you choose a StayAlfred Property you are aware that weekend assistance is strictly unavailable.

I found this apartment on line when researching where to stay in New Orleans. Originally booked a hotel room but am so happy to find this place. Slightly more $ than a 3 star hotel but so much more room, amenities and the comfort of home. Close to everything but soooo quiet. Thank you Stay Alfred for providing great accommodations.

I stayed here during the CSM convention for physical therapy. The location was within walking distance to the convention center and many great restaurants. There was also a wonderfully trendy coffee shop downstairs with great crepes. I suggest the smoked salmon and lox, it was divine! The room was spacious and had a full kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, dishwasher, and electric range stove. The bed was large enough to fit two people comfortably. We did not try the pull out sofa, but it is nice that it was available. The television was lacking. It was very small and the cable was difficult to work. Also, there was some street noise, but nothing that kept me up at night. I would say this place was well worth the money, considering the prices of traditional hotel rooms in the area.

We stayed in Unit 308. The location is convenient - a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and a nice walk to the WW II Museum. However, the unit housekeeping is less than stellar. The bed had no cases on the pillows, bulb was out in the bathroom, dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, gritty floor and the washer door didn't latch so you couldn't use it without water leaking out. The unit was nicely stocked with coffee and cleaning supplies, but that didn't make up for the poor housekeeping.

We arrived on Christmas Day 2017 to an apartment that wasn't clean, with no sheets for the pullout sofa, no extra blankets and WiFi that didn't work throughout our entire stay. When we called guest services, they said they would take care of issues, but it took another day for apartment cleaning and there were still unresolved items (no working WiFi through entire 4 day visit). At the end of our stay, we called for a price adjustment to reflect our experience and they offered to cover the cleaning fee (which was unacceptable in our opinion). We tried to give StayAlfred the chance to make good on our mediocre (at best) experience, but they fell flat. Would not recommend staying with them-doesn't seem like guest services is a priority for this company. Do yourself a favor and select another option.

Location was great and we enjoyed having two bedrooms and two full baths, not to mention the living area for all of us to mingle. I was amazed how quiet it was. We will definitely return
