We had a conference at Tulane University so coffee was a must for us. Luckily there is a food court in the dining hall area. I didn't know there were Dunkin Donuts in New Orleans so this was a pleasant surprise. You can go through Grubhub or place your order at the kiosk. I was able to order my iced coffee with hazelnut easily and pick it up at the counter. They do offer frozen coffees here which is new to me. All my friends in Boston would want to try some of those. There usually is a long line filled with college students so the kiosk ordering system was great. You can pick up some donuts and some breakfast sandwiches if you are hungry for more food. For some reason I was expecting a PJs coffee or something more local, but I love Dunkin so I'm not complaining at all.

Rude person had no patience. I tried to order donuts but was not sure how many I asked for a box but donuts were put in a bag. The person was trying to rush my order. Very unhappy that this is the only Dunkin' Donuts in my area because it is a very good product donuts and coffee. However I will not return to a place that does not value customers
