Wonderful experience.The friendly, professional staff got me in the right size vehicle at the right price in an easy convenient visit. The return was even better when the super kind shuttle driver Melvin gave me a ride back to my friend's place and helped with my luggage.

Two stars for the two employees we interacted with that day. Otherwise, no. The car was scratched, dinged, dirty and dingy. I felt my toes curling when I first opened the passenger door and noticed that stale/overly-deodorized/trying to hide the stench smell wafting out. Thing is, we didn't have any other options. I'd booked a car online a few days before, as we'd wanted to head out to the Whitney Plantation for the morning. This office seemed to be fully booked on cars that day - one super rude guy was having a fit because they couldn't give him a car on demand - so it was either take this nasty car and go or cancel our plans and head back into the city. It was fine for what we needed - a straight shot trip from the city to the plantations and back - and the gas refill wasn't terrible. It's just sad that they're renting people cars that look like this one did.

The nicest part is that Enterprise will pick you up if you are staying in the quarter and bring you back again. Excellent service. The car we received was dirty. The trunk had a mess of dirty material and the doors had a lot of dust. The middle console also had dirty material inside. The car also had many scratches and dents - be thorough when you do the walk thru. The employee at the desk was excellent and so was James when I dropped off the car. The lady who did the walk thru with me didn't care when I commented on the dirty condition. I have rented with this location before and never had a car in such poor condition as this one. Rating 4 stars due to the other employees and the pickup / drop off.

We rented through Costco, which was both easy and affordable. Michael was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, even though the location was bustling with Mardi Gras business. I was renting a car to drive 1000 miles round trip in three days to attend my best friend's funeral, so it was an understandably stressful time for me. Fortunately, Michael made me feel like a valued customer, prioritizing my time and experience. When our rental pickup was delayed due to another customer not returning a car on time, Michael presented us with multiple options based on availability. We opted to wait a bit longer for a more comfortable vehicle, which turned out to be the right choice. Our car was not only comfortable but also up-to-date and spacious. My only concern arose when I discovered during the trip home that the manual operation of the low beams in the car was not functioning. Fortunately, the auto-lights came on while I was searching for a solution on YouTube. However, I did report this issue to Michael when I returned the car, and he expressed appreciation for bringing it to his attention. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Michael. I'd also like to acknowledge Keenan for his friendly professionalism, ensuring a smooth flow of customers and cars in and out while we waited for our vehicle. Thanks a lot, guys! We will definitely rent here again.

WOW! What an experience I've had here. I was told there was a vehicle available for me. But Enterprise would not rent to me after they said they would. Then when they saw I had gotten another location to rent to me they could rent to me. But by that time I had already gotten an Uber to go get the other vehicle. So the corporate manager called the other location and stopped them from renting from me. They are trying to stop me from renting from them. I currently have three vehicles rented on my corporate account. Customer service is a problem at their corporate level. I will call and see about them stopping this childish actions.

This place was our lord and savior if I've ever seen one. Michael, the best branch manager in this industry, was the most cool headed professional individual. Not knowing about the IT Outage outrage, we did not have a rental reservation. We called pretty much all the rental car companies in the area, to which we were told there were no cars available anywhere in New Orleans. After what seemed to be miles of walking towards our last hopeless option, we ended up at this Enterprise location. Upon arriving and talking with Michael, he explained how they had absolutely no cars as well. Michael went out of his way to call all the other branches and his colleagues in the area. Unfortunately, this was to no avail. Just as we were about to give up and just call an Uber to Florida, Michael told us that he had some cars that are being returned and that we might have a chance of getting a car before closing. After about an hour later we were told we were getting a car. Oh man... the feeling of relief. We were able to get a one way vehicle to Florida with no other issues. Without Michael's help we would've spent at least $400 on an Uber. We really appreciate the help Michael!

We called ahead of time to make a reservation. All good! ubered to location. Waiting almost an hour. Everyone else comes and goes. We got lost in the shuffle. We need to be in Madisonville at 11:00. Won't even cone close! Changing whole day. One star-people are nice.

I had excellent x 3 service from Jordan, Lucas, Autumn , Nastassja AND Reggie. They even asked me if I wanted to upgrade for free to a mini van and I had to politely decline of fear that I would not be able to park the highly fashionable vehicle within the lines. The faithful gang let me sit in their lobby while I waited for my fantastic Uber "Rockin Robin" they also went above their customer service for car rentals and told me airport advice and gave me food recommendations.
