FQRV was our first RV park stop on a cross country trip from Miami to Alaska. Though we only stayed one night, it was an ideal spot to rest and take in some of the city in the limited time we had there. We loved that it was walking distance to the French Quarter (we took an Uber back when it got too dark) and the area felt pretty safe. There is also a gas station nearby though I wouldn't go there with anything longer than 30 ft (it felt tight with our 25 ft Class C). RV sites are not super private (no barriers) but there is a good distance between each. They also offer premium sites which I believe is just closer to the office and has a private gazebo. We were on the far end of the park and it really wasn't a far walk to the office at all. We walked by the pool and gym but didn't get to use either during our short stay.

Have to admit being skeptical about "camping" in town but this place is wonderful and we will definitely return. There's an inviting pool w hot tub which we didn't get a chance to use, showers are spotless but could use a shelf for belongings. The laundry was quite up-to-date and clean but a chair and laundry baskets/carts would be helpful. The noise from I-10 was no worse than even rural camp grounds near major highways we've experienced. I'm a light sleeper so I brought my white noise machine and slept like a baby. This place is a gem. We used our car during the day and took Ubers on the evening. It's close enough to everything making it easy to like!

No one tells you about the overpass that you are going to have to find a way to sleep next to. It is Super loud. We were first put right under it and I asked to be moved so we were moved to a cross from it, still very loud but didn't shake the rv. I can't believe how bad, not worth 125 a night unless you drive a diesel bother and never come out of your rig. I will never be seen here again. The sites up front at least are quiet. They said they could not move us to a quieter spot but I heard them tell someone on the phone that they will not do it once you get assigned a spot.

I admit that I cringed when I paid, but actually saved money on Ubers and parking by the location 20-25 min walk to Jackson Square, 15 min to ACME oyster, two blocks to visitors center, hop on and off bus or one block to St Louis cemetery (recommend the tour). Pavers and concrete, little grass for dog(-), secure gated community, private immaculate shower rooms and nice pool-tub. Streamable wifi. Very clean. Would most definitely stay again. Only con was overpass bridge noise. Our sleep machine drown it out for the most part. When you book, don't be fooled by paying a premium price for a nice location. We did, and was two spaces from under the overpass bridge. Ask for premium close to office or in the front.

This place is by far one of the nicest RV Parks that we have stayed in. This park is right in the middle of the French Quarter in New Orleans. We always felt safe and secure. They have 24/7 security, clean restrooms. Very nice pool. The staff meets you at the gate. We were walking distance to the French Quarter and bourbon street. The hop on hop off bus is 1/4 mile away. We stayed here during Jazz Fest the price was high but it was Jazz Fest. Bonus when pulled in the first we saw a gentleman detailing a coach and I asked if he could do my coach and my truck that I tow. Well Bruce said yes after he got done. Bruce did. A wonderful job. So if you come , you ask the staff about Bruce. The freeway is right there and does have noise, but with a fan on, it's fine. Priced according to location.

Well since they haven't claimed this business I guess they really don't give a shit about their reviews. We stayed here for 5 nights. A picnic table would be nice. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub under renovation. Easy walk to the French Quarter. We had an issue with the large washing machine in the laundry. 4pm on Friday the office closed 2 hours early for inventory. Inventory? What are you counting? You don't sell anything. Anyways put a sign on the door saying why you closed 2 hours early. The employee tried to blow me off saying they don't own the machines. Wrong answer!! They are on your property. Put a sign in there to say who to call if you don't want to be responsible. I just hate this kind of blow off customer service. It's the worst kind. This place cost way to much for that treatment. The maintenance guy called the laundry machine company and they are going to refund us. It's loud if you get on the back side of the park from the freeway. Super easy to get in and out.

Hostile and incompetent staff. If you think there's any chance you might need to change or cancel your booking, don't book here. We had a three-night booking that we had to reduce due to an emergency. I emailed the park the day before we were set to arrive, and when they didn't respond I called about 4:00 pm. I think it was just a security guy who answered as he wasn't able to help. He took a detailed message and said the office girl would call me back the next morning. I finally got a call back two days later, but she was just demanding to know our arrival time. When I explained we needed to cancel the first two nights, she located the email but refused to refund anything. Their policy says "50% refund will be given on cancellations made 3 days or less prior to your arrival date" and no refunds for early departures. She said she was counting this as a late arrival, which was considered the same as an early departure. Their policy says nothing of the sort. Tired of arguing with her, I told her just cancel the whole thing then, refund the 50%, and I'd rebook what we needed online. She seemed to have no problem with the full cancelation other than struggling with the credit card transaction, but for some reason our desire to rebook sparked a controversy. I'm now 15 minutes into this call and she hands me off to the assistant manager, a rather nasty lady who proceeded to argue with me more and then told me she would make sure they didn't accept my re-booking. OMG. I still don't understand why this needed to be so difficult. My partner booked a one-night stay anyway, and when we arrived, they refused us. The place kind of looked rather scary from the outside, so between that and the way they treated us, I'm glad we didn't stay. We've never been treated with such nastiness at an RV park. We ended up at New Orleans RV Resort, where the friendly staff gave us a lovely site on the water without any drama.

This is a very secure Very clean RV park, pet friendly and walking distance to the French quarter. Clean showers, laundry and pool were all very nice. I gave three stars since we paid $108 a night to have the expressway literally above us. We did ask to be moved to the front since the expressway noise was reduced. Unfortunately they said they were booked. If you book here ask to be by the office area or make sure your RV is more insulated than ours is. We are in a 2021 28ft class C .

We paid $200 per night for a premium site because we were told those sites were quiet ...but there were semi trucks sitting with their loud engines running for hours around 3 am while they unloaded about 10 feet away from our rv spot. We could have paid $85 less per night and stayed on the other side of the rv park and had far less noise
