Let me first say that I am a regular Greyhound Line traveller and have been for more than 10 years. So I know what to expect from the drivers.... I was so happy to be able tto book a ride (late in the day) out of New Orleans on Monday, 8/27 to evacuate north to Atlanta. Thank you, too for arranging for a second bus instead of closing when tthe one bus wass full :) The service (from drivers) on the 13 hour ride, were howevr, lacking. Driver #1: Hi, I'm not your regular driver, I'm just here to get you to your destination. REALLY? There was no other introduction llike his name, or indicating that it was a non-stop to Mobile, AL and it should take xyz time. We will make a stop to pick up another driver in/at ________. There were no non-smoking instructions, music and telephone call volume levels, bathroom location, etc. When we stopped in Mobile to "get the bus serviced" they forgot to check the bathrooms for toilet paper. Had to ask for some in Columbus. When the 2nd driver boarded, she did not introduce herself, don't even think she said HI, nor did she announce that the next stop was Montgomery, xyz hours away. Then we another driver who also chose not to talk to us. WoW! When the drivers did ak,spethey were nice, don't get me wrong, I simply think they could have been more sensitive to their riders who These comments are not for me so much as they are for the many new customers who have never ridden in the American bus system. There were young college students as well as internaional visitors from the UK, all running from a Hurricane. I, totally appreciated being able to get off at the airport, as my sister lives about 90 minutes south of the airport and she didn't have to go into the city and I didn't have to grab a train! Thanks.

I purchased a ticket thru Greyhound to leave from New Orleans, LA @ 6:30 AM and to arrive in Shreveport, LA @ 3:40 PM on Friday June27,2025. On the way to our second stop, the bus started experiencing technical difficulties. We were then informed by the driver that the brakes weren't getting enough air, which would be detrimental to us and everyone on the road. The driver parked the bus and informed us that a mechanic was in route. The mechanic made it to our location TWO HOURS LATER. He did attempt to fix the bus but unfortunately the bus was declared unserviceable. It has now been a total of THREE HOURS since when have been stuck in this same spot. The driver(Ms. Adrian) was very nice & kept us passengers & headquarters informed of what was happening in real time. She then informed us to find another way to our destination. I then made plans for my husband to cancel his plans for today. He did so, and was in route to come & rescue me from this horrible situation. I decided to ride Greyhound because my husband had plans for today & I didn't want to hinder him. After me doing so we were then informed that headquarters decided to re-issued tickets on our behalf. To disregard what was told to us by the driver & the plans that we already made in real time -- to cancel them. The new ticket said that I would arrive in Shreveport at 3:15 AM that is totally unacceptable & does not work with my schedule. I then called the customer service number the driver gave to us. Instead of being greeted with an actual human it was an automated service with little options to communicate with a human. All 4 of us continue to get disconnected on the line. Eventually, we were able to speak to a representative, but still we were disconnected from the call. Eventually we got to speak with a representative. The first Representative I spoke to was not empathetic in no regards to the situation that was happening in real time & he kept stating that since a new ticket was assigned there will be no refund for this trip. I told him the driver informed us to make other plans to arrive to your destination and I did so. I couldn't ask my husband to turn around after he had left New Orleans and canceled his plans for today. I also mentioned that I did not consent to a ticket reprint especially with that arrival time. Even after telling him all that has happened on this ride, I was still told I am NOT entitled to a refund. I then asked to speak to a supervisor because surely they would emphasize & comprehend what was happening in real time and make this situation right. Supervisor Michael told to me the same thing the representative said to me unapologetically. He emphasized that because a new ticket was assigned to me I no longer qualified for a refund, and I should post my experience to the feedback page on Greyhound.com. I would probably get a reply within 24 to 48 hours later about this matter. Greyhound this is totally unacceptable. Your passengers have been DELAYED FOR MORE THAN FOUR HOURS then informed to make other plans to reach your destination, & still will not issue a refund even though that bus ride would hinder your safety and others to your destination. To top it off your website clearly states that if your ride is "DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 120 MINUTES, YOU QUALIFY FOR A REFUND". I should not have to post my distressed story for all to read when I am already guaranteed a full refund! Especially with the update costs I made to my initial ticket. Shame on you all!!! Never again will I recommend or ride Greyhound!!!

VERY EASY to understand Greyhound's impending doom. LATE at EVERY STOP. Nasty drivers with even nastier attitudes and absolutely the bottom of the barrel employees. Can't wait until the bankruptcy judge bangs his gavel on this disgrace of a business. PATHETIC in every way.

This terminal is definitely top notch compared to the one in my hometown. The terminal was clean, the restrooms were clean an the attendants were nice.

On my way to the bus station the morning of my bus reservation, I received a text AND email alerting me that the bus would be 60 minutes delayed. I verified this information on the Greyhound app to make sure it was not a mistake. I then waiting an hour and went to the bus station in an appropriate amount of time to board the bus. At the bus station I was told the bus had left on time. I filled out the required information for a refund, and have been denied. I will NEVER trust or use Greyhound Bus Services again. Any company that will not acknowledge their responsibility and offer to make things right is not worthy of supporting.

DO NOT TAKE GREYHOUND BUS LINES ANYWHERE NEAR THE SOUTH! I rode on them for a week & they were the rudest employees I have ever encountered! The drivers yelled at you as their "ride speech". They lost my luggage and haven't found it. I cannot get a single human being on the phone in any station to look for my luggage! They treat you like you are a criminal! I asked the driver on my bus from Charleston to help with my luggage to put on the bus while he was sitting on the bench since I have neuropathy on in my feet and his response was "And my back hurts". You will regret ever getting on one of these bus routes as they are rude, stop & make you get off the bus & I witnessed many drivers almost leave riders at almost every stop when we were allowed to get off! STAY AWAY & TAKE THE TRAIN!

ROBBED AND RAPED BY THE PACKAGE EXPRESS AT THIS LOCATION. Are use the package express at this location last month to ship nine boxes to Baltimore well when I receive my packages back at this location because of an error all of my stuff has been went through I had been robbed they stole all of my stuff they went through each and every single one of my suitcases and my boxes and took out everything that they want it they even stole my hair weave even my earrings down to my sunglasses and I actually pay for this I was raped!!!!! I filed a complaint and I still have heard nothing yet I am going to leave a negative review on every website until I get my refund and my stuff back

This one star is not reflective of how I feel overall about the company. It is reflective about the two-week period in February 2023. Corporate had rolled out a new system around that time. That system fell flat on its face. And the one time I took the bus happens to be on the very day they rolled out that new system. Basically I experienced more headaches and ordeal booking my ticket weeks in advance that period than if one decided to buy their ticket on that very day at the ticket counter. I got a called from customer service informing me about changes. When I tried to call customer back to rectify my issue, I got crickets. When I went to my local Greyhound station, they said they couldn't help me get a secured ticket because it fell on this "new system" roll out day. Supposedly there would not have been problems had my trip been before that. Greyhound corporate, the new system you rolled out caused nothing but trouble to passengers like myself and your employees who work on the frontlines, the customer service reps, the ticket agents, security, and the bus drivers. I do not blame one bus drivers I had for feeling pissed off the way he did. Cuz honestly if that new system wasn't a complete failure that first day, all of us (the passengers and frontline workers) would not be pissed off the way we were. Did you guys even run tests and soft runs on this new system before rolling it out full on to everybody across the country? If I were you, corporate, I would suspend the new system until ALL the freaking bugs are fixed, or realistically you just need to scrap the system altogether. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

This is more for the Company, which you can't get ahold of. Ever. I called their joke of a customer service to make a complaint and they actually acted like they'd taken my 20 minute complaint. Laughed at me the whole time and wouldn't give me their real names (I mean Ms. Vanilla? Come on.) Their CS is located in Korea and when you call their listed Corporate office you're transferred to Korea again, where they laugh at accidents and people being hurt? They are doing there best to keep us safe during this covid stuff. I was scared when some man was in line behind us going crazy. All I can think is, I hope he does not get on this bus. The man, who was checking us in, paused and asked the man to calm down or he will not be able to get on the bus. Most companies worry about the lost of money. Not this bus line. They worry about our safety and they took him out of line and took a lost on that customer. It calmed my heart when he did that. There was a gentleman who had a scarf across his mouth and they told him he could not get on because it was the wrong type mask. I gave him a mask I had with me, but I respect the fact that they are really looking out for our safety instead of just making money.
