Nu när fransmannens gata har tagits över av turisterna är Hi-Ho nu en av de bästa platserna att se lokala musikuppträdanden. Det är en bar, inget fancy, det har 2 flera sex toaletter och ett anständigt öl urval.

Brungo Jowel var mycket roligt! Bra show påminde mig om Frank Zappa. Väl sammansatta saker. Bar hoppade. Rolig meny med pommes frites som kan toppas med en mängd bra toppings. Bra priser på dryckerna.

Så vi kom precis upp, vi 2 gamla tjejer från en liten engelsk by. Från utsidan såg det ut som en bit av ett dyk. Men inuti kunde inte vara vänligare. För en början var det happy hour, öl till halva priset, yay. Då gick bluegrass killarna. De satt runt i sin cirkel och vi tittade alla på och tittade på. 3 män i början, och så småningom cirka 13 av dem inklusive en kvinna med en himmelsk röst. Antal efter nummer Skickade mig till himlen och det var en av mina favoritnätter i Nola. De killarna spelar sin bluegrass tillsammans för sin egen njutning och delar den med oss. En sann folkmusik upplevelse att inte missa. 9 h och vi kände oss säkra på detta område.

Fantastisk improviserad jazzshow på Hi-Ho. Vårt show förra måndagen var intressant, kreativ, mind bending jazz. Älskade det. Du får aldrig samma show två gånger.

Detta var en bra dykbar. Vi hade några drinkar, jag försökte inte maten som vi bara hade ätit men jag fick höra det hade stor, full mat.

Kom hit på min sista natt i hopp om att se DJ Soul Sister. Det är en trevlig, lugn atmosfär med ett bra urval av öl. Bakgården är fantastisk och har ett litet café som serverar frites och pajer. Tyvärr såg vi inte någon levande musik (vi var där från 10 till midnatt) men jag vill stanna där igen på nästa resa för att njuta av maten.

Det var en fantastisk upplevelse, bra ställe, bra känsla, och också bra priser! Vi såg 2 band och också hade en del öl. Stället är rent och har en fantastisk inredning.

Besök från Kanada, vi kom hit på onsdagskvällarna att se Shamarr Allen. Vi hade en fantastisk tid. Shamarr var bra. Ljudsystemet var jättebra. Drinkarna var kall och väl prissatt. Personalen och alla sorters människor var vänlig och välkomnande. Vi köpte en del läckra söta löksåscharbroiled ostron från en snubbe matlagning dem på en grill utanför den bar.

Bra musik och dans. Det fanns en omfattande uteplats på baksidan att njuta av den svala natt luft och drycker.

Detta var en förvånansvärt rolig händelse. Alla var i god kondition och att ha en bra tid. The circus agera stunttrick var bra. Jag skulle definitivt åka dit igen om jag får tillbaka till NOLA.

Vi gick för att se något av en burlesqueshow klockan. Var intressant, dock är betyg baren. Alla i personalen var mycket vänlig. Stället är pytteliten för en bar. Verkar vara mer av en liten plats du kunde lyssna på ett liveband på helgen eller stoppa in för en drink efter jobbet typ av sak.
