We stayed over for 5 days on our 1st trip to NOLA. We slept like babies on the comfortable bed, room was clean, & we had close access to great restaurants & shopping. The staff was more than accommodating to our requests for more coffee, extra towels & toiletries during our stay. The standout employee was Charles Waiswa, who was warm & friendly each time we came through the door after being out all day. He always asked how our day was, & if we were enjoying the city. What a wonderful 1st time in NOLA! Looking forward to coming back.

room smelled like mold. Maintenance man could smell the mold. it was a two bedroom suite. we couldn't use the living room area because of the smell. it must have been an overflow room because there was only a couch in the living room (no chair or lamp).

We had to relocate here because the area where we live in Marin lost power and there was no ETA for restoration. This place is cool, feels old but was quiet and comfortable. We got a two bedroom suite which was big enough for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely hotel! Main floor is under some remodeling so front desk are at tables. Valets are pretty pushy with needing to get their service . There is no free parking at this hotel. You will need to budget in paying for parking. You can pay for valet or there is a parking garage right next door Front desk staff was okay. Our room was amazing!!! Absolutely loved the room!!! The fitness center was also very nice. I posted some pictures. 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, yoga mats, weights, weighted balls. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the french quarter but at least you can avoid some of the noise this way and get a quieter stay.

My stay here was amazing nothing bad to say at all. The customer service lady at the front was such a sweetheart. She made my so comfortable. It was my birthday and I'm not from Greenville and I booked the wrong hotel online but she assured me that my stay would be top-tier and it was. The breakfast was incredible and the even had a little min golf in the bad. Definitely a fun time. Thanks again.

Good hotel. Great location. About a 10 minute walk to bourbon st. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are just slightly outdated nonetheless it was a very big room. We had a kitchenette and a balcony. Housekeeping was very kind as we left them a generous tip. Highly recommend staying here. Great experience

Worst place ever. Was there for my fiancés 30th birthday. We got there and asked about where the valet parking was and if they had any break ins. They said no not even one and that they are very safe. Paying 50$ for valet parking I thought it was be safe. Wrong. My car almost got stolen and back right window is completely shattered. Hilton did absolutely nothing. The first front lady said she would call her manager and see what they can do and would give us a call back. They never did. Going to try calling them again to see if they will do anything. The manager of the valet area said he would drop the 50$ a night so that was nice. I'm just honestly shocked because the hotel looked so nice and isn't cheap. I thought it would've been nicer and safer. Be careful if you choose to stay here.

I want to start by saying I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time will absolutely be my last time staying here. I'm not sure if there is new management here or what, but my experience here may have ruined my whole Hilton Honors loyalty. Everything about this was awful, from the way they didn't help people find a cart for their luggage, to the breakfast being worse than a low range motel. And the cherry on the cake being locking my husband out of the hotel making him sit outside until I came down at 3:40 in the morning to let him in after yelling at me on the phone that he wasn't on the registration (which was not an option to do on the app by the way) insists I come down right away to get him. Responds to me rudely in the app when I requested to speak to a manager in the morning. Even though he was in the digital key showed her his id where I had added him and all of the proof. They still chose to rudely call and yell at me in the phone. When speaking with the manager Tanya the next day. She offered no real apologies and just said they'd be retraining her staff member because that is not how it was supposed to be handled. The only resolution she gave was providing us hard copy Keys and adding his name to the reservation. Followed up with a text asking us how our stay was... like not good Tanya not good at all. While this was by far the worst. We were treated rudely they whole time. We came down for breakfast the second day at 10 and found out that it was closed which is fine but I mentioned and showed staff that the internet had it listed to 11. She looked and just was like well your internet is wrong.... Okie dokie.. so the next day we got up early for breakfast. To get there and discover they were out of omelets didn't even have a waffle or pancake maker the hash browns were unsalted and cheap and the sausage was over cooked and terrible. So don't book for the breakfast because definitely not worth it. Also... if you are going to stay there... though strongly don't recommend it, make sure to put your do not disturb outside of your door or you will be awakened by cleaning services banging on the door at 8:45 in the morning. Over and over again after they try to enter a room where the bar is over. Which obviously means we don't want cleaning at that moment. We also discovered that for the TVs the guides didn't work because the date was set as March 23,2021 and there was no way to change it.. so no guide no casting services and no way to tell what we were watching. All the way around it was my worst stay here and the only reason I booked here was prior good experiences but it will not be happening again. Also l, while I was there I watched people search for carts to carry their luggage up while staff just stood there with deer in the headlights looks letting their guests struggle. The best part of my stay was the valet staff. They were wonderful. But every other aspect was not worth $330 a night... book at the super 8 it will be better for your wallet and your stress level and they have waffles

I had a great experience here. I love the tiny apartment feel of the rooms. Was visiting for my daughter's bachelorette. The valets were wonderful all 20 times I needed my car! Ha I only had one issue where the drapes in the actual bedroom are not made to close completely. I'm baffled by this!? It was so bright in the mornings! Otherwise, breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Water, both citrus and plain was always available in lobby! Also, people coming from the pool, would leave water on the slippery tiles going to the elevator, and I almost slipped more than once

It's OK. It is a more of a Central Hotel than the French Quarter - don't get this one confused with the one at Rampart like I did! The rooms are big but a bit dated (old sofa, small TV, noisy A/C). There are some design/amenity flaws that are OK but a bit annoying - only 2 elevators so expect to wait, in my suite the bathroom door swung open and blocked the shower but at least there was a separate room for shower/toilet from sink/closet. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure. Breakfast was free but very basic and taken down by 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends.
