Excellent immersion experience to learn about the history, art, music and culture of NoLa. There are exhibits, music, videos and numerous displays filled with light and color. The staff is amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable. They are available throughout the exhibits to answer questions and have a a very warm demeanor. You are able to make different music selections. Engage and touch the exhibits as well as scan QR codes to get more detailed info. This is a great way to learn about NOLA history and support the artists who have contributed to the project as well.

This was our 2nd time visiting JamNola but the first time on Frenchmen Street. Easy online Booking! Check out Groupon as they usually have deals. A great place for selfies and interactive rooms all revolving around New Orleans culture and history. Would not be ideal for anyone with sensory issues. Staff were all friendly. They guide you on part of the tour and then you check out everything at your speed. Definitely a fun family outing. I did enjoy the displays the previous time better but this was still a fun time.

This place was really fun! It's a bit far away from the main area if you don't have a car. But if it's nice weather, it's a nice walk from the French market. They just changed locations and at the new location they have all new art set up. All the art is recycled so it's super creative and unique. The workers here are super nice and knowledgeable. They to you around individually and small groups. Definitely a great spot to go if you're looking to have a lot of photo opportunities! We took my mother here for Mother's Day weekend, she had a blast! Definitely a great way to connect and bond with your family of all ages! The only reason why I took off one star is because I believe it is a very small museum for a high ticket price. We paid just over $100 for three people.

This is place is so much fun! An interactive and creative way to learn about NOLA's history was a great way to start my trip! There's so much to see and the guides do a great job explaining how everything came together. There's gift shop at the end had a lot of amazing gifts to purchase. A+ visit!!!

We were excited about the new location we did like thlocation, but this one has so many improvements. It's bigger it's better. It's a lot of fun. We probably spent a good hour and a half their. You go through an adventure around every corner something new a lot of small details to look for is little QR codes throughout to explain each exhibit it's a good time. Don't forget to stop at the gift store. They got all types of stuff for gifts and little knickknacks Overall a great time, thanks for he free ELITE yelp ticket.

I truly enjoyed the new JAM Nola experience. I have been to the other location before and was interested to see the new changes and it did not disappoint. I saw that they now offer a 3D experience which was really cool. Some of my favorite parts of the tour were the music rooms where you can play tracks from local artists based on genres and different music halls in the city. The 3D art along the walls were also so creative and a special dedication to the culture of New Orleans. The food room was also very cute as I am a local foodie. But my favorite part was the quilted blanket piece that had a centerpiece that spun around and recorded you on your phone as you danced with props. Such a creative idea. This is an experience I would recommend to anyone whether you are a local or visiting New Orleans.

Jam Nola is an interactive museum full of local history and so much culture. I got a free ticket thanks to Yelp Elite so I brought my parents. We had a great time and took so many fun photos! Let's keep supporting local businesses!

If you're looking for a colorful, interactive place that showcases New Orleans in the most creative way, I highly recommend JAMNOLA! Be sure to grab the 3D glasses--they make the artwork pop and bring the experience to life. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time exploring, laughing, and soaking in the vibrant energy.

My second time to JAMNOLA but first visit to their new Frenchman location . My friend, who was visiting for the first time, thoroughly enjoyed herself and is already planning to return with her grandkids over the weekend to take advantage of their October special deal. One Kids Combo. Children ages 3-13 can enjoy admission to both JAMNOLA and the Louisiana Children's Museum on any Sunday in October for $22.99! I appreciate that they offer 50% off for locals on weekdays, allowing locals to enjoy the immersive art, music experience, and history of New Orleans from many local artists. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff, who took us to the first room and explained the concept of what we would see, hear, and feel throughout our adventure. QR codes are strategically placed throughout, providing additional information with just a tap of your phone. Every corner is "Instagram-worthy" . My friend and I took turns capturing photos, and occasionally, a staff member would kindly offer to take our picture. The highlight of our visit was when the staff assisted us in creating a unique video experience using a spinning float. To exit, we had the option to press a button and exit in style to either bounce music by Big Freedia or a Jazz funeral procession. On our way out, we passed thru a cute gift shop filled with local arts souvenirs.
