Min make och jag gick hit med mina morföräldrar för drinkar och aptitretare under en nyligen semester. Atmosfären och utsikten är helt fantastisk. Priserna är mycket rimliga! Vi hade bra service och du kan inte heller slå rena, doftande toaletter. Kommer absolut att återvända hit.

Hans uppmärksamhet på detaljer och genuin gästfrihet lämnade ett bestående intryck och avsevärt förbättrat vår vistelse. Det är ovanligt att stöta på någon så engagerad och snäll, och Vickky är verkligen ett exempel på högsta servicestandard.

Jag var här på Westin för min semester och jag åt middag några gånger och Vickey hjälpte mig mycket. Han är en bra kille med stor personlighet och kunskap om New Orleans. Han hjälpte mig också med den lokala maten och platser. Hade en bra tid och maten var också så bra. Han rekommenderade mig pasta och det var bra.

Utsikten är helt fängslande 11: e våningen lobby lounge är underbar och servern Bonita var så vänlig och hjälpsam.

Jag hade nöjet att betjänas av Vickey under min vistelse på The Westin New Orleans, och jag kan ärligt säga att han gjorde min upplevelse oförglömlig. Från det ögonblick jag satte mig ner stod hans värme, professionalism och känsla för detaljer ut. Han förutsåg alla behov, erbjöd stora rekommendationer, och fick mig att känna sig genuint välkommen inte bara som en gäst, men som en uppskattad vän. 

Vickey är ett lysande exempel på sann gästfrihet, och Westin har tur som har honom. Om du är på besök hoppas jag att du har chansen att bli omhändertagen av honom du kommer att vara i bästa händer!

Vi var bara här för drycker och så kan inte kommentera maten. Vi hade en trevlig tid och för oss utsikten över floden på natten var stjärnan i showen.

Jag hade en fantastisk tid här! Stämningen var livlig och musiken fantastisk – perfekt för en utekväll. Energin i platsen gjorde det lätt att koppla av och njuta av kvällen. Bonita, bartendern, stod verkligen ut. Hon var inte bara vänlig och välkomnande men också otroligt skicklig och uppmärksam. Hon såg till att alla blev omhändertagna och lade till en personlig touch som gjorde upplevelsen ännu mer speciell. Sammantaget var det en minnesvärd kväll fylld med bra vibbar, utmärkt service och roligt runt. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka snart! Rekommenderar starkt denna plats.

Jag hade höga förväntningar men blev till slut besviken. 

Även om utsikten är härlig, är utrymmet ganska litet, med en atmosfär som är bättre lämpad för en drink än en fullständig måltid, och definitivt inte perfekt för middag. Vi besökte för lunch och fann servicen underwhelming och maten bara genomsnittliga. 

Dessutom var temperaturen ute kall, och tyvärr var inomhusklimatet lika kyligt, vilket gjorde det till en obehaglig matupplevelse. 

Med tanke på kvaliteten på maten och servicen kändes priserna branta för vad som erbjöds.

Jag bor på denna Westin förmodligen 4 - 6 gånger om året. Jag får aldrig bra service i baren. Det är alltid hemskt. De behöver mer hjälp bakom baren. Jag tror att det kommer att bli bättre, men det blir det aldrig.
