Pros: friendly staff, clean, and LOCATION! So close to bourbon street that it's just a minute walk, but far enough away that you don't hear anything at night when trying to sleep. Cons: the rooms are sooooo small, no microwave, no comforter- we only had a few layers of sheets and an extremely thin blanket. I know this may be sufficient in the summer when it's miserable outside, but in the dead of winter (January) it does get cold at night. A comforter would have been nice. Overall, it's a nice and clean hotel in a good area. It may not be my first choice in the future but it's certainly a good option!

Stayed here for my bday weekend and the location is amazing. The room service was great and always cleaned up the room. The AC was great! It ran the whole time keeping the room cool. Lastly the staff seemed really nice.

1-Star Review -- BEWARE: Vehicle Damaged by Valet, No Accountability from Management I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Prince Conti Hotel in New Orleans was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I trusted this hotel with my car by paying for their valet service. On July 4th, I left my vehicle in their care. The next day, I received a call from the hotel's assistant manager saying they had seen a video showing their valet likely damaging my car while parking another vehicle. When I arrived, I found a large dent running from the driver's door to the passenger side. The assistant manager admitted fault, told me "it's on us," and reassured me the door still worked. That turned out to be false. The moment we left, I discovered the driver's door could not be opened from the outside. I had to crawl over from the passenger side, which is a serious issue given I have a leg injury that has now worsened after weeks of doing this. From there, the situation only got worse: The hotel promised this would be "handled quickly." That never happened. Calls went unanswered, and follow-ups were always initiated by me, not them. The insurance company took weeks to even send an adjuster. Before I had to contact my own insurance company, I waited on the hotel's insurance company for updates. After no movement, I called on a Friday afternoon. Only then did I get things moving, and my insurance set an appointment for Monday. Now I will be without a vehicle for over a week without a rental. I am in a Master's of Social Work program that requires me to complete my internship, and I will be missing days because the bus does not run on a consistent schedule. Otherwise, I would need to pay for Uber/Lyft at around $15 one way. I have missed important appointments, my injury has worsened, and I have had to fight for every single update. This hotel took my money for valet service, damaged my car, admitted fault, and then left me stranded in bureaucracy and delays. If you value your time, your health, or your property, do NOT book here. Management will smile and reassure you in person but disappear when it is time to take responsibility. Hotels only seem to respond when their reputation is on the line, so I hope this review makes them finally do the right thing.

I've stayed here twice. The rooms and furnishings are a bit dated but the rooms are clean and priced affordably. The staff here is always pleasant. There's a cute cafe located downstairs with good coffee. The only complaint I have, and there's not much the hotel can do, is the sound at night. This hotel is located right off bourbon street. If you have a room located on the street side, you need to bring ear plugs. It wasn't so bad on Wednesday and Thursday but the noise on Friday and Saturday wasn't something we could sleep through. We were up most of the night. There was loud music, engines revving, sirens, people screaming, etc. into the early morning hours. If that's something you can't handle, book an interior room or stay elsewhere.

I've really enjoyed my stay at the Prince Conti. From the friendly and approachable staff, to the gorgeous rooms and affordable rates , this was a hit for me. I also loved the Bombay club and the cafe Conti. My room was super spacious and classy and quiet. Only thing I found questionable in the room was some dark hair in the bathroom. Considering I had no guests it was like um what moment but sill let it go. Excited to highly consider for my next trip.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Great location. Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nobody comes to New Orleans and the Quarter to stay in a hotel room too long. This place is a perfect launching pad to hit the Quarter.

I've stayed in several boutique/historic hotels in New Orleans and this one is definitely my favorite. It is in the PERFECT location--just steps away from Bourbon Street, yet somehow quiet no matter the time of day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors. Our stay was very comfortable and restful. Clean, spacious room. Huge shower. Zero complaints! Just outside the doors in the breezeway you will find a cute little coffee shop as well as the Bombay Club, a sophisticated bar and live music venue with a gorgeous little courtyard for when the weather is nice. Everything else in the French Quarter is within walking distance. It's a great place to stay if you don't have a car with you!

My Sister, and I just stayed for five days. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect! The five star review is really about the staff though. Everyone was friendly, and went out of their way to be hospitable. One staff member in particular really shined. Mattrese took extra time to make sure we were comfortable! She treated my Sister, and I like family! I felt like Mattrese was the warmth we needed! I was sad to leave! I highly recommended this hotel!

We just got home from staying at this hotel for 4 days. We had the best experience here. The staff was fantastic, I can't say enough good things about them all but specifically Joseph. He was so friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate the area, find things we needed and just took such good care of us. He really helped make our time in New Orleans memorable and great. The rooms are beautiful and very well kept. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided each day. The location is also perfect. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back

Stayed here for the first time for an overnight trip. Front staff were very nice. Hotel was easy to find and it was clean. Our room was very comfortable and clean as well. It was in a good location and plenty within walking distance. My one complaint was location of the room. We were next to the elevator. And all night long people were coming on and off being extremely loud. And slamming doors. I got very little sleep. If I were to stay here again, I would not stay in a room next to the elevator.
