My middle schooler was at a conference in the attached hotel and we had a short lunch window, so I placed an online order for food. Then lunch time got adjusted, so I called to change the time and the person on the phone was kind and helpful. Our food was ready when we arrived. I was glad we ordered ahead because the line was really long! The chicken and fries were hot and tasted as expected for Cane's. The food hall setting was modern and bright, and we would have had river views had a cruise ship not been docked outside.

Finally came to check out the hype. After dining here, not sure what the hype is. Ordered the 3 piece combo. Comes with 3 chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, a piece of Texas toast, and a fountain drink. The fries were not seasoned and bland. They were hot and fresh at least. The chicken was as juicy but nothing special. The sauce I'm pretty sure is just mayo, ketchup, and black pepper. Service was very slow at this location. Would not come back or recommend.

This is like the in & out of the South. It's huge in NOLA! I've never had Raising Cane's chicken as they don't have locations in NYC. I visited seeing there was a long line and decided to try it. I didn't know how crazy popular Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Chain was in the South. I had never even heard of it. The line was longgggggggg. And even after I ordered it was still long. Unfortunately, the chicken did not meet expectations for the wait. It was good, but it wasn't "the best chicken ever". Maybe it was the best option in the mall, so guests were happy to wait, but I didn't think the food was out of this world.

My experience here was great. For a first time Raising Cane's experience, I was thoroughly pleased that the food lived up to the hype. It didn't take long for our food to be ready. I got the box combo which came with four chicken tenders, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a drink. The coleslaw was surprisingly very good - sweet, crunchy, and savory. It was definitely a welcome change of flavor and texture with the other heavier food items. The Texas toast is insane. I could legitimately eat only that and be happy. It is served hot and is extremely flavorful. It has a little bit of crunch on the exterior, but the interior is soft and buttery. I can't do it justice trying to describe it in words. The chicken is on another level. The chicken tenders were super crispy on the outside while being very delicate, tender, and moist on the inside. Easily some of the best chicken tenders you will get at a fast food establishment. Their Cane's sauce is a tangy, savory sauce that had a very mild hot sauce and garlic flavor embedded in what I assume is a mayo, ketchup, and like a Worcestershire sauce. Whatever it is, that is liquid gold. The best part about the experience here at this food court is that you can then take the food and eat it right outside right next to the river. It's a beautiful spot to relax by the water and enjoy good food.

Had to try Cane's before leaving New Orleans. This location in the mall was an excellent choice. The staff was very helpful and let us know they make their sauces in house. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and the chicken tender combo. The food was made fresh. The dipping sauces were an great addition to the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken sandwich was crispy and tasty. Definitely worth trying while in New Orleans. This was my first time trying Raising Cane's chicken. I ordered the box combo which consisted of 4 chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast and coleslaw. The chicken was well prepared and very delicious. The cane sauce was so good. It complimented the chicken tenders. The customer service was great and my food came out quickly. The area wasn't noisy and it was comfortable. I will definitely go to Raising Cane's when I return to NY. The chicken is definitely on point.
