I get a craving for Subway every once in a while. This is the only location that doesn't disappoint me. The workers are sweet and I've never had a bad experience. I live closer to the one on MacArthur but I'll travel to this one on Gen. Meyer because they are so much better.

I only go to this location because it's around the corner from my mother's house, and my son loves Subway. The problem I have with this store is it never has the advertised bags that come with the kids meal. The cashier looks at me stupidly when I ask about the bags. Today, I asked for my son's usual order. When it was time to pay, once again, no kids bag. When I asked for the bag, the cashier told me I ordered a six inch sub, not the 3 inch sandwich that comes with the kids meal. Im sure that's the same size sandwich the other guy normally makes for us. How did that get mixed up? Did I not state my request clearly? He offered the kids bag, I thought, at no extra cost. Not only was I charged for the bag, it was a brown paper bag with a puzzle or something glued to the front of it! I asked why I was charged for that; I got a crazy answer from the cashier. I told him I'm not eating at this location again, paid the man, and left.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Several times I tried to buy a sandwich from this store, and they're closing down as much as one hour ahead of time. On one occasion, the young guy 'running' the store asked me 'why you always come late?' I told he that's when I eat... I told him on more than once that if the posted hours on the door are correct, he's supposed to stay open until that time, and serve customers until closing time. You pick up the food after closing time. I give them enough business that he recognizes me as a customer, but does not treat me accordingly. His excuse for picking up, and trying to pick things up early, was that he needs to get home. Last night more than a full hour before closing time,the young man and an old man closed the door practically in my face. A customer was leaving, and I was headed to the door. They had locked it. I looked at the day and time shown on the door and knocked on the door to get their attention. I was holding up ten digits to show they should be open until 10 PM. I was ignored. I went to the side window and showed 10 and mouthed 10 not 9, and they waived at me. And waived me away. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I will use this place as a last resort, probably not at all. My wife she received the same treatment there, also.

The older Indian guy with the glasses is so mean! He has terrible customer service. This subway is right by my house but I refuse to go to his subway. He's too mean and far too rude. I rather go to the subway on Manhattan they treat you nice and their subs are made perfectly. Don't go to this subway they will not treat you like a human being. Spend your money elsewhere!

Ok, not a great location. But - The girl behind the counter actually listened to what I was asking for and got four out of four Sandwiches exactly right. Sadly, this is not always the case in any fast food. Plus, the place was surprisingly clean - not like hospital clean, but cleaner than 95% of other fast food places I've been in. The employee was friendly and courteous which, again, is more and more uncommon these days.

Extremely poor customer service, they took a very long time to make the food and the they didn't have the vegetables that all subways have.
