Bara hade ett par dagar i NOLA så vi provade-gumbo på varenda restaurang vi åkte till.
Dagens Cajun skaldjuren var det bästa i ödmjuka åsikt vår.
Det är mer av en ta reda på plats, inte vacker, med några bord att äta där, men maten är utmärkt.
Mestadels lokalbor här, vilket är något vi ser alltid för, försöka undvika för dyr turistfällorna.
Vi hade också de langust koka och det var mäktiga välsmakande. Inte tillagat på beställning langust var, men det var ändå lika bra som någon annanstans vi har försökt.
Jambalaya ris var över genomsnittet, men inte fantastisk.
Om du vill ha en del bra cajun-inspirerade mat på mycket rimliga priser, det här är för dig.
Jag tycker nästa gång kommer vi planerar att ta ut för en picknick i parken, eller att träffa tillbaka till vart vi bor på.

Mycket lokala och rimligt. Jag beställde fisk och skaldjur-gumbo och räkor pasta. HERREGUD!! Det var fantastiskt!! Den-gumbo var sååååå gott!! En massa av gynnar!! Inte ens min 8 år gamla dotter var nästan slut stora storlek!! Också räkor pasta var mmmmm så krämig!! Jag önskar att jag kunde äta kokt fisk och skaldjur och po'pojke också. Jag åkte hit efter en lokal berättade för mig om det. Jag var ute efter langust, men önskar om att få tillbringa 7 bucks en pund där nere för dem när det under säsongen. Det är i ett nedgånget grannskapet, och badrummet var ... Jag kommer att säga läskiga, se till att du inte måste använda det medan du är där. Några flickor arbetar var trevlig, priserna var $3 ett pundet och crawdads var den bästa jag någonsin haft. De hade också langust pie för en dollar billigare än andra ställen och var MYCKET BÄTTRE! Denna plats måste vara på mao. Gå hit innan fransman street, det är 5 kvarter bort.
