Mina vänner och jag besökte förra helgen från staden. Det tog över 20 minuter att få vatten. Vi fick aldrig vår totala frukost. (korv och våfflor som vi inte fick med resten av maten.) Först berättade servitrisen att de skulle ha rätt ut. Efter ungefär 15 minuter berättade hon för oss att en annan servitris tog hennes mat medan hon var upptagen så det måste kokas igen. Min vän uppgav att hon inte längre ville ha sin beställning (vid denna tidpunkt hade vi varit där över en timme och fortfarande inte fått resten av maten) för att bara betala henne för vad hon hade ätit. Hon bad en annan ung dam för chefen (vid den här tiden kom korv ut men fortfarande inga våfflor). Damen uppgav att hon var MOD. Denna unga dam hade sett servitrisen kämpa hela tiden med våra order utan att kliva in för att hjälpa. Min vän förklarade vår oro som chefen uppgav att hon skulle få servitrisen ge oss en rabattversioner som betalar fullt pris. Servitrisen fortsatte att kämpa utan hjälp eftersom hon inte visste hur man skulle göra rabatten. Chefen gick så småningom in och tog över. Servitrisen började rensa vårt bord. (Jag har inte ätit min korv alls sedan den kom ut så mycket senare. När hon gjorde min våffla brände hon bokstavligen för att försöka laga det och få våra biljetter rätt så jag fick ALDRIG det alls.) Hon kastade bort alla vår andra mat. Korv som var orörda satte hon tillbaka dem i köket. Jag var väldigt äcklad och chockad. Jag lutade mig och berättade för mina vänner vad som hände vilken av dem såg med mig. Jag drog fram min telefon och började ta bilder. Jag har aldrig arbetat i ett kök men jag är säker på att protokollet inte är att ta tillbaka ostörd mat och slänga resterna. För mig verkade det som om de skulle reservera korvarna till någon annan. Jag kommer ALDRIG att äta henne igen och jag föreslår att andra gör detsamma. Kundtjänst, teamarbete och matlagning här är fruktansvärt.
