Great historic hotel converted from a factory. Great location and pretty quiet. Large areas to congregate and hang out with a bar in the hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable and arranged with great use of space. Charging ports everywhere and spacious bathroom. Would definitely go back. Very easy to find and load and unload luggage.

I fully enjoyed this beautifully-designed hotel, with well-preserved architectural features and historical sentiments. It felt like we stepped into a time machine as there were reminders of history everywhere, and we love that! So charming- and oh! The high ceilings, even in the rooms- just gorgeous! We had a beautiful suite with a living, and dining room. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy! I can’t say enough about the beautiful bath- kudos to the designers! I will definitely share a video on YouTube of our stay at Eliza Jane. Service was great! From a design perspective, I was impressed!✨

We visited the Eliza Jane between 23 and 27 December 2024 for a family reunion and holiday celebration.

We had a great Time!

The front desk staff was courteous and friendly, and went above and beyond to fulfill our whims.

The hotel bar had great holiday drinks and top-notch classic drinks in a very cool environment. Niel the bartender worked alone most of the time, and despite the big crowd, served everyone professionally and methodically with perfect drinks every night.

The hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch, and there too, the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating despite the busy holiday season. Our favorite was Pain Perdu (French Toast for the uninformed), and a very generous mushroom omelette.

Perhaps most importantly, the rooms were spacious and set a nice romantic/calm mood which was perfect for the couples and families in our party alike. We had such a memorable stay.

We will definitely be back to this hotel!

Lovely experience and excellent location - a short walking distance to the French Quarter and riverfront but far enough away from the major party scene. Other attractions like the aquarium and WWII museum were also very walkable from here. Our room was spacious and clean, the gym was very satisfactory, and the daily room service was excellent - we never had to ask for anything. If we came back to the city, would absolutely stay here again.

A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad he did. Adorable interior, great vibes, it even smells amazing when you walk in. The service was top notch- extremely helpful front desk, and friendly and courteous valet. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but had champagne and dessert at the bar, and it was lovely. Centrally located, it makes a perfect home base when visiting the French Quarter. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
