Had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and perfect as a place to sleep and recover from a day of traveling or a night in the town.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Be aware that it is about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter, and across the I-10.
On site  self serve laundry and shared kitchen make the Treme a good option for longer stays.

Not bad at all. We were going to a concert in the quarter and basically just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was pretty nice and within 20 minutes walking distance to the quarter.  We got a ride back because I wasn't sure about making that walk after dark.  Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Let me start by saying this is the FIRST review I've ever written and I've travelled a lot in my 53 years of life. The staff was excellent and very professional during my 3 day stay over the Halloween weekend. The front desk clerks Raven and James were wonderful, helpful, friendly and very professional. Raven even went out her way to fix a small TV issue that I had. I had second thoughts about staying here when I read the reviews but decided to go anyways. For the price, it was well worth it. The only issue was getting to downtown but that was a short walk or Uber drive. All the nonsense I read in the reviews was not my experience. The beds were clean and comfortable, refrigerator worked and so did the A/C. For those that complain about little things, let me give you a word of advice. Stay somewhere else, I know the staff and myself would appreciate it. In closing, I will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Treme hotel to those that don't B*%ch about everything. Nuff Said!!

Great hotel if you are here for vacation!! It was perfect to come back to after a long day of walking. AC was wonderful and it was nice and clean! Only complain that I had was that it was hot walking to our room but our AC unit made up for it. Beds are kind of hard and pillows aren’t that comfy but it wasn’t even an issue because New Orleans is worth anything! Will be back!!

Been staying in New Orleans Motels a long time and I think this is best buy in the city, considering location, amenities, size of room, staff and safety. When we checked in four our seven night stay, our room's air conditioner was noisy, I complained and the worker called the owner who was on site in 15 minutes. He immediately  gave us another, probably better room,. Staff was always helpful and courteous, our room was cleaned on time and the parking lot has security cameras and is well lit. The neighborhood is middle class and there was never a moment my wife or I felt unsafe. We don't have to look elsewhere for our next stay. Treme is our new home away from home. I highly recommend it.
