If I could give a negative number of stars, I would do so! They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They just totally ignore customers! I purchased a Amazon Local Voucher for this company. I have now tried for 3 weeks to contact this company to make a reservation to use my voucher and I have received no response! I have called multiple times, written emails and sent in the "Contact Us" form on their website. My trip is next week and I have no airport transportation! I have written to Amazon to advise them of the lack of response from Executive Limo of LA and requested a full refund. I also asked them to investigate this company as others who purchased the vouchers are probably having the same issues. Stay away from this company. I do not think they would be trustworthy of actually showing up if they can't even return phone calls or email requests!!!

I purchased a Groupon for a one way transport from the airport to our hotel on Canal Street. I was excited to have a guaranteed ride waiting for me vs scrambling for an uber or taxi upon arrival when we would be tired from traveling. I was never warned on Groupon to contact the business before purchase, which was my error. So i understand if, at the end of the day, the business was booked and couldnt have made it. However, when i tried calling them to schedule our pick up, i got their voicemail. I left a message to please return my call. Nothing. I called again, voicemail. Please return my call. Nothing. I contacted them on their email form, no response. Needless to say they never showed up and we were stranded at the airport. We had to contact Groupon for a refund. Again, i know now that i should have contacted them before purchasing the Groupon - not that they ever answer their phone anyway - but a return call or email saying they couldnt make it would have saved us a lot of time and aggravation. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered - utter silence. Beware. And from what ive seen on other poor customer reviews - and they are all poor - I expect a nasty response in all caps. But i think some semblance of courtesy would be nice. I got my refund.
