I love everything about this place in Port Allen, LA. The food is always on point and seasoned well. The ambience is like you're eating at your family's dining room. Service is fast and friendly. The bar has a nice selection of bourbon and other spirits and a great selection of craft beers.

We had some leftovers we hoped to box up and take home, but a waitress took our plate of food without asking and tossed it. We approached the front about the mistake and the waitress lied about throwing away said food.

Visited on a Sunday after church. Only the front side was open. They also had some patio tables outside but it was too hot. Nice breakfast spot on the Westside. The winner was the French toast that my daughter had. Delicious! The pancakes and biscuits were good as well! If you are looking for real down home southern breakfast, this is a good spot!

My review is based solely on the lunch deliver Court Street prepares for my office in EBR. I have ordered from Court Street a few times and I'm rarely disappointed. Today I ordered the cheese burger and subbed some fries - i figure after a week like this, I earned a little splurge. The patties appear to be pre-made, but they're seasons okay enough. The come with all the fixings. The packaging is very well done and nothing gets soggy. They give you plenty of fries, and it is certainly a filling meal. The last time we had them, I ordered the Ceaser salad with chicken, and it was just okay - not bad, just nothing to write home about. And during Lent, I ordered the crab cake sandwich - i ended up not eating the bread on that one. Everything is usually pretty solid enough to earn a 4 star. I would definitely try to physical location if I am ever over there.

This is a quaint gem surrounded by fast food. Service absolutely is great along with the food. Has a patio area that is pet friendly for me and my pup. They were very welcoming and accommodating.
