Went here on a Friday afternoon. Ordered the black bean shrimp because it was a less typical menu option. The service and wait time were average. I think they'd benefit from a more clear waiting area, but that's a minor thing; I just sat at a table near the register while I waited. The food was fairly good, yet still disappointing. See, the sauce was tasty and actually mildly spicy, which is good. I had expected more black beans, but that was my fault. But the veggies follow a pattern I've been noticing lately that I don't like: it has a large proportion of onion and bell pepper. I suspect places put so much of it because they're the cheapest option, but I don't like it. I want bok choy, lotus root, baby corn, etc; stuff I don't normally cook or see at other restaurants. If I order here again, I'm either going to avoid dishes with veggies, or ask what the veggie mix is and if they can go light on the onion and bell peppers. Lastly, the container of rice the meal came with seemed smaller than I'm used to. I didn't run out of rice, but I was being conservative with it.

I have ordered from this place about 3 times. It's pretty good. But today I found a blue rubber band in my fried rice. Other than that, I would have given it a 5. But it's really good if they pay attention.

Sub-par. Shocked they would dare to charge $15 for a combo based on the quality they are serving! Ordered fried chicken wings with honey sauce, with lo main and egg roll. Egg roll was soggy, small, and frozen. Lo mein was made from spaghetti noodles! Threw in a few sliced carrots (and I mean a FEW). Bland, bland, bland... Now, the worst part was the chicken wings. They were overcooked, the batter on them was hard even though they were covered with a "honey" sauce. I had to pick off the skin, and eat the white meat only. It was that bad. What a waste of money. I've been to strip mall Chinese restaurants that were 100% better. My family ordered different combo's with fried rice. Same disappointment. Never again! They owe us a refund.

First time I went to this restaurant it was good. I haven't been to the restaurant twice since then the restaurant is not good at all. The food has no taste. They run out of food quickly. The only thing I can say that's positive about this restaurant. The service is great, but as far as the food, the food is bland nasty, and I wouldn't recommend you spending your money at this restaurant

What in gods name is all the hype... absolutely one of the top 3 worst tasting chinese food restaurants that I have ever eaten at! Flavors are all over the place and I gave them 3 chances to prove me wrong because folks in DA PARISH seem to be so happy they are back in operation. Yikes, guess their taste buds are non existent!
