1 star because there's no option for zero! staff not friendly, used kiosk wouldn't take card didn't print pay at counter ticket, went to counter waited 15 minutes for staff to take order and 5 minutes to make milkshake employee walked to drink machine to make herself a drink had to walk by my husband just pushed passed broom and dust pan laying on floor in walkway employee changed out cash draw and laid cash draw on counter in front of customers. Ridiculous experience! Two calls to customer service will call back thirty minutes that was yesterday no call

Melissa is angel sent straight from heaven; a very patient n kindhearted person. She has THE BEST customer service in new orleans. Almost every person working in the food industry is susceptible to becoming cold or detached bt Melissa is so far from that. she needs to be ceo or definitely a HUGE BONUS or a promotion. thank you melissa for being such a light in a pretty dim world. she also keeps this established incredibly clean n well kept.

UPDATE: Now that's what I call a Fillet O Fish! The only sandwich I get from McD's is a Fillet of Fish. I like to get the double with extra tartar sauce, and this last visit did not disappoint. This time I got extra, extra, Xtra, tartar sauce. So much so, I half wondered whether some wascally wabbit might've though it a lark to swim the fish in it, just for laffs. Some might have been put off, but not I. I LOVED it. Savored every dollop of it, dipped my fries in it, and might've used a tad more. So keep up the good work, guys.

Super Pissed! Just got home from a deplorable experience in the drive thru. There was about 10 cars in the queue and I timed it, I waited, burning precious gas for 7 minutes and the line only moved 1 car! At that point ppl behind me was leaving and as soon as it was safe to back up, I got the hell outta there. 7 minutes of burning gas for the line to move just ONE car?!? Cmon, ya can't tell me that's acceptable. Anyways, this review ain't about the food cause me and about 5 other cars turned away without their food. So McDonald's Paris road lost some money right there. And this isn't the only time this has happened to me at this location. Therefore, Unless you don't mind waiting in lines for VERY long times, I DO NOT recommend this location AT ALL! Save yourself, save your car, Avoid this location at ALL COSTS..

Annnnnnnnd yeah so as expected, it was a basic, average, fast food restaurant experience. -automated greeting -3to5 minute wait on drive thru cashier -human greeting -order placed -money taken -mediocre to avg food received Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Soooooo. We'll see. Im sure I'll be back, not too frequent though.

Says open 24 hours but they open and close when they want just pull up and sit at the speaker they don't acknowledge you or anything this is a simple McDonald's job i really don't understand how some people minds operate if you closed cut the lights off and update the online system this is ridiculous and a waste of time
