contacted the manager to look into why my 3 double cheeseburgers were so salty they weren't eatable. Her response was we dont salt our burgers. EXACTLY, i know that, thats why im asking you to look into it. maybe someone made a mistake. she wasnt interested on looking into my issue. I also told her I did not want a refund, just please correct the issue with who is making the burgers. very disappointing!!!

I don't usually review ordinary fast food joints but I'm a fiend for Sonic fountain drinks. I basically have more check-ins at Sonics than all of my other check-ins combined. (As of this writing I have 4152 check-ins) The workers in all 3 Metairie/Kenner locations know me by my order. The owner at this location is the same as the Sonic on Airline. How do I know this? Well some of the workers from that store were sent to Chalmette to train the new workers. It was somewhat embarrassing when they asked "what are you doing all the way over here?" The Sonic in Laplace even says "The usual?" when I hit the little red button. Basically I am known in 3 parishes for my addiction. I have a problem and that problem is Rt 44 Diet Dr Pepper's w/vanilla. So why 5 stars when all I do is order a fountain drink? Have you had their fountain drinks?!? Those little ice cubes? The perfect syrup to carbonated water ratio? The huge Styrofoam insulated cups so the ice doesn't melt? This is fountain drink heaven!!! This heaven was taken away from me during Hurricane Katrina! We had one in Da Parish until 2005 but they built a Best Western in it's place. It took 12 years for them to bring one back. I can finally say, we have recovered from the storm now!

Worst Sonic experience of my life! I paid for a Sonic Burrito. It was this tiny little thing less than 6" long. It literally had 5 little smaller than a dime sized pieces of sausage on it. It was packed with tater tots, had a little cheese, tomatoes and onions. I literally felt like Sonic had stolen my money. I also purchased a small strawberry shake. It was more like strawberry water it was so thin. I will never eat at this Sonic again and I advise that you pass it by. They should be paying people to eat at this Sonic and not the other way around!

I come here reluctantly and every time I eat here I can tell the food has been pre-made and sitting for a few hours. Nothing is worse than old, fast food. Please stop making food before it's ordered. It's obvious. You are not fooling anyone.

This Sonic is by far the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Their food is never hot, it always tastes like it's sat on a warmer for to long, and their mozzarella sticks are always overcooked. It's extremely disappointing. I make a trip this way once a week and we always stop for food. After giving this place multiple chances, we're just done. I have always tipped well and been understanding when places are busy but this is a consistent problem busy or not. Just tonight we sat for a good while waiting on someone to take our order and it never came. They just weren't busy enough. Someone needs to explain to the employees that everyone can see them "working" through the windows.

Super fun carhops. We ordered three different times (my party couldn't make up their minds). Each carhop was friendly and attentive, made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals.

I am literally never eating there again. I haven't eaten all day and I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and a pretzel. They forgot the cheese for my pretzel, they gave me a small mozzarella sticks and I paid for a large, and half of my tutor tots were fries. I'm literally so angry right now.
