8-19 (6:30): I waited for half an hour to order today, including behind a couple who kept modifying their order, only to be told, when it was my turn, they were out of the meat I wanted. I left. Tip? Here's one. How about putting up A SIGN when you're out of something???

Placed an order via Subway app May 4, @ 2:45. Arrived, and staff was so doped up on drugs, he couldn't speak, nor had a clue an app order was even placed. He then pulled the ticket from the machine, but had a hard time reading the order. I began to verbally tell him the order to try and expedite the transaction and get the hell out of there. He was so tooted up, he still couldn't follow verbal instructions. He had to dispose of 3 foot longs due to not being able to handle the knife accurately to slice the bread. The female employee obviously saw him struggling , but her spectacular customer service failed when she retreated to the back and got on her phone. Sandwiches looked like they were thrown out the back of an air craft carrier. Needless to say they were thrown in the trash. I would've cancelled my order and walked out, but the restaurant isn't able to refund payment on the app.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I placed a online order when I went to pick it up I was told thier policy was to ignore the order if they have walking orders. So this makes thier app useless. When I told him it was to be done per on like more than 10 minutes before I came to pick it us and I couldn't wait he said so I can cancel it. That they take care of walk in customer before on line orders. So it doesn't matter when or how long before you show to pick up the order if they have customers they will ignore it.

The crew that was there tonight June15th @closing shift. I made ot there around 8:20pm.I came in the line moved very fast. I didnt wait long.They made conversation with me and even joked about the dressing I wanted about my saladbut All in all it was great customer service and very Pleasant employees. No attitude; no rushing me to order and get out..these are the kind of ppl I need working under me but Keep up the great work Guys. I went for the '5... $5 footlong...' But much to my dismay, that promo was over. Sooooooo then I had to embrace the daily special promo... #methinksNOT!!! So I got my 2nd fav... #veggiedelite (salad on bread) yummmmy!!! Prepared as I ordered, while I watched, as is customary. Cool. Nice sandwich preparer. And too was the guy who cashed me out. No complaints... Only an observation, some of the sandwich toppings were absence. Think they were "pre-cleaning", no biggie, I had the basics.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it. Calling corporate. Every time we go here no matter what time of the day, they never have meatballs. When I know they pack stuff up hours before closing so they don't have to serve certain items and deter customers. How do I know this? One of the workers informed us of this . Why at 6pm on a Monday are you packing away food when you don't close till 9?!

I only gave this place 2 stars because the food was good but the employees, or should I say 1 employee Leini was so rude as always. The other girl Mariah was nice and she asked her to make one of our sandwiches and she straight up made an ugly nasty face and said "I'm not making their sandwiches" it was me and my friend. But the other girl was nice and made our sandwiches with great service I even left her a tip. I'm not sure what you want from your employees but they should definitely not be rude to a customers face and it's always the same girl Leini all the other workers were always polite.

When I popped in, the young professional Richie was a great asset. The other young worker was loud and lazy. I was ordering and there was an online order and the sheriff was behind me in line. Richie asked for assistance and the other kids said ok...and continued eating his dinner and talking loudly on his phone. Managers/owners...check.your schedule...the lazy kid was working at 7 pm on Monday, May 9, with Richie. At the very least.. speak to him about teamwork...and how when it gets busy.. you put your damn phone down and WORK!!! LAZY. Richie...on the other hand was polite, professional and should get a raise!

The service at this place is always horrible nobody is in a rush to do anything went there today and they were out of bread how is that possible when everything pretty much on your menu you need bread for owner needs to stop hiring lazy kids and hire people that actually want to work and service customers
