The food was good (ate a LOT) and the service was very good. No complaints from me! Our waitress was Meagan and she was super nice, funny, went above and beyond! Thanks Meagan! You're the best :)

This is not my first rodeo at an Applebees and after a long day of cheering competition, the family needed some grub and this was their choice. Establishment is located in an area with plenty of private parking and adjacent to several a major retailers and a grocery store. The location is obviously understaffed when you have a 45 minute wait at the door, but you can count 8-10 tables that are empty. I feel bad for the staff when they work so hard, yet they can't fill the place to its full capacity. We waited about 35 minutes, but they take your number and you can sit in the car or inside where they will text you when your table is ready. I had the all you can eat appetizer option which boasted boneless wings, ribs and shrimp with fries. The ribs were 'ok', but I enjoyed everything else offered in the bottomless option. My wife enjoyed her burger and fries. They hit the temp on the burger perfectly. The kids enjoyed their pasta and irresistible-a-bowl taking home some of the leftovers since the portion was quite large. Staff was busting their butt and I was sure to tip to reflect that. If they can get the staff to support a full house, they will do much better and offer some relief to the waiters and waitresses who look like they had a long day, but had a great attitude and continued to smile throughout the entire experience. The only reason for the 3-stars and the wait with many open tables. Food was great, staff was friendly, but the location needs to work on getting to full staff to support their seating capacity.

I'm not generally not excited about chain restaurants. But..... Applebees has been a great place to eat for a long time. They have a diverse menu that never disappoints and their food is always good. The service is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I eat at the bar to watch a local baseball game. I love all the TVs in the place. This has become my go to go to. Great place to bring the family. We did the two for twenty for years. Thumbs up for sure.

I've been to Applebee's numerous times for alcoholic beverages but not necessarily to eat. Today my food obsessed office decided to order their new Cheeto covered boneless chicken wings. We tried the regular and the fiery. I would rate these a 2-3. Just not great. We also ordered the appetizer plate which was good.. not great. Service was excellent when I picked up the food.

Ok I'm here ! It's been over 20minutes and I'm seat in a table right next to the bar and waiters are hanging out like they not working here . I just need a menu , I'm hungry . Feeling like I shouldn't be here . Can't really saying much of anything but service cause I had no chances to even order . Awful. I'm still here ... but I'm leaving now and I will never be back ! Wonder why I keep seeing Applebees disappearing slowly...

this place was one of the worst places I've eaten in the Augusta area. service was one of the worst I've seen. manager came up to us with an attitude and yelling at us. if you want to run an establishment the way to run it is through service not running customers out of the rest with poor service. piss poor food to boot "this is a restaurant, not a cafeteria"

well i was thoroughly enjoying my nightly meal of mashed potatoes and as i digged in, licking the spoon clean, i glance down and see the most unfortunate, unhygienic, tragedy. not sure if it's a chefs beard hair or some waitresses dog hair but this has truly added to my depression and i can't say i'll be able to come back without having the ptsd of the hairs in my taters :(

Was on a mini vacation in the area and we went to Applebee's for dinner. We have been to our local Applebee's many times and have always had great food. This time the service was very slow and the food was lukewarm. I had a coupon for a birthday dessert but decided not to use it due to slowness of service. Just for the record, there was another family there that was celebrating their young child's birthday, sent all their food back due to its coldness. Asked for the cake they brought back and left.

This salad looked delicious and the waitress highly recommended it. I never ever have not eaten a whole salad until this one. This was something I would never order again. Skimpy with the greens,vegetables, and the strawberries were bitter. Certainly not worth the price.
