Got 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. The sides were hot but both sandwiches were absolutely stone cold. Like they sat outside while the mozzarella sticks cooked. I tried to call the store and was treated to fax machine sounds. Messages support using the app. The best they could offer was a $10 coupon I can only spend using the app, which I don't use lol. That isn't even half of what I paid and I have to create an entire account just to use it. Ridiculous. They also told me they didn't know how to make the promo sandwiches I originally ordered. This happens every time I go here in the evening. Night crew needs to better training.

Sunday July 24th, 2022, was out doing laundry today with my mother we stopped at Burger King to get 2 whoppers, 2 small fries, 2 small drinks for $8.99 on a coupon ticket, we ordered our meal at the drive through and ordered No pickles on both burgers and a Medium Sweet Tea and a Large French fries on the side and when we got to the drive through window the young teenage kid that was working the window was popping his head out the automatic windows before they could open by themselves, and he was grabbing for the coupon and my debit card before my mother could hand it to him and then when he went to come back out the window "Fast" has heck, and forcing the automatic windows open "Fast" To hand my mother back my debit card, he "Dropped it on the ground and he was hanging out the drive through window like a little 2-year-old sticking his head out of a car while driving, I told him to slow it down kid and he just went back in the window "fast" again and popped his head back out this time using his Fist to force the windows open faster while almost spilling our soft drinks in his hands all over the drive through windows glass!! I told him once again to slow it down and cause he jumped the heck out my mother when we popped his head out the windows fast and almost spilling our drinks on to her doing so, he then went back inside the windows and this time come out of them fast again and having our bags food in his hands almost dropping them on the ground too, I told him to slow it down again before I report him in, and he loses his job!! My mother grabbed the bags off food before he dropped them on the ground and we asked him for extra napkins and salt to go with our meal and he hand it to us and this time still doing it fast, and we drove off and parked down around the corner near the trees to get some shade and my mother went to open her whopper up and it had 3 to 4 slices of pickles in it and she was upset about it, cause she can't eat pickles and it makes the sandwiches taste awful after a pickle been in one, and ruins the taste of the burgers. I said drive up to the door here I am taking the burgers and going inside with them and get new ones! She said okay and I walked inside, and I showed them, the burger with a pickle and I asked, No I demanded they give us New sandwiches cause of it and they did, but I was recording it with my cellphone as proof, I even told them what their worker at the drive through window was doing and how he dropped my debit card on the group and almost did the same with our bags of food too!!

The only reason to give this a 5 star is because of a super nice worker named Casey working drive-thru! She was very friendly from the beginning of our order until we got our food. Definitely deserves the recognition

I have been a loyal customer for years. Was happy when they started delivery as I am homebound. Now, because of labor shortages they keep closing delivery down. I understand the hardship but close the dining room. It is the hardest to keep going as delivery is like drive-thru. Losing my business over this

Date is 7/22/16 @ ten thirty. Girlfriend and I are enjoying a night swim then head to burger king in augusta maine on 144 western ave. Come here all the time. But this night wasn't like all the other times. We pull up and they greet us, we ask for a minute and then 30 seconds they force us to order. We asked about the Oreo milk shakes and wanted to know how much they cost. We were told " 6.24" so my girlfriend made the order and asked for a vanilla and one chocolate Oreo milk shakes. By the time we got to the window they had a strong attitude. I myself and my girlfriend have been working in customer service for over ten years and I have NEVER been introduced to such rude, disrespectful behavior in my career. I have seen a lot had even a French fry thrown at me once during a server job I was working. We were cashed out by a kid with long red hair, which remind you had taken 6.24 cents from my girlfriend and returned us with 0.09 cents which did not make any sense. giving us back extra the first time. So anyways what we ordered was completely wrong I got a half turned vanilla with chocolate ice cream and my girlfriend got a completely white vanilla shake with NO OREO AT ALL!!!! They rushed us in and rushed our order. We drove back around waiting five minutes for a truck in front of us, then as we got our turn we placed the shakes on the window asked if we could get our money back and complained that the shakes were NOT AT ALL WHAT WE ASKED FOR. WE got a HUGE attitude and they tried to justify that it all happened because they have to be fast. Which is fine but when I want to look at the darn menu to see what sizes I want I expect to it least be able to get that. I will be telling everyone I can about the rudest place to go to is the burger king on western ave in augusta maine, Horrible choice of letting such OUTSTANDINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL people run what was a nice place. These two woman should be fired cause they will eventually put a permanent stamp of absolute horrible repsentation of a such big money making business. I am so angry cause all we wanted was two oreo milk shakes. When we got our change back we were disrespected and short changed. we got the receipt and only 5.82 they need to be taken off the schedule if they can not for full there title and for that matter SHE IS A MANAGER which in my field of work is called a LEADER. I have been a CHEF for over 11 years and have never acted this disrespectful in my entire career. We will be getting in touch with the owner as soon as we can.
