Stopped in yesterday after bowling. The restaurant wasn't that busy but service was very slow. Not only did we have to wait a while to order; we also waited for our food, and longer still before receiving our check. I'd seen the fresh dough pizza, which looked great. After we ordered we were told they were out of fresh dough and we'd have to get regular. It was hard and crusty. Unless we did the bowling special and got a pizza/soda for $10, I probably wouldn't go here again.

Went today for my friends birthday. We ordered our drinks almost immediately which was nice. Waited another 5 or so to order our food. Everything was going great. Then things went down hill. Waited about 20 mins to get our appetizer (mozzarella sticks) and another 25 to get our actual meals. There were 3 of us and one other couple in the seating area. 45 mins. We were actually wondering is they forgot about us. Staff was pleasant and we still left a nice tip. But I dont know if I will go again.

Conveniently located for sports families. Food is good, service is good. Didn't know any Ground Rounds still existed. The attached bowling was great for the kids. Friendly staff.

Decent pub food. Server was nice. The burger was juicy onion rings a little bland. Same ones many places use. Ice tea was fresh. Chicken quesadilla was good. Miss the edible appetizer bowl though.

I've been to this place a few times now. It's what you would expect for a place connected to a bowling alley. The food is mediocre and the service leaves you wanting more. It is a good place to grab a quick bite or a drink before you attempt throwing a ball down the lanes.

Slowest service and worst meal ever. We waited over an hour and a half for our meal. Some members of our party did not receive their meals, and in a final act of desperation shared the meals of others. Clearly staffing and kitchen production are issues. Wait staff was clearly lacking motivation as we did not receive place settings ( a member of our party had to scavenge for napkins and utensils) nor were we offered drink refills. We had to have the kids' meals boxed to go as their meal time was exhausted by the extremely long wait. When the simple burger did arrive it was clearly a frozen pre-formed product that was presented with a deep black Char on the exterior and a mushy raw center. Even the half jar of jalapeños that were on it couldn't mask the over charring of this hockey puck. Do yourself a favor and head on down the road to one of the many other eating establishments that are in the area. Your taste buds will thank you for saving them from the abuse. The staff will also be happy that they will not have to move to serve you.

What a little gem this place is. Went in to watch the Pat's game yesterday and I cant say enough about the new waitress and the awesome priced Sunday appetizers. Great place to watch the game or any game really and relax. Never had had a bad meal or terrible service. All the staff that work at the Ground Round are fantastic and very attentive. I just read a recent view and that guy clearly had an ax to grind.
