I’ve been a Hub Thai customer since 2019, and their quality of food and service has definitely improved! I adore their interior decor and seating which give a relaxing vibe whenever I dine in at Hub Thai.

Their Pad Thai is always delicious with just the right amount of sauce, and noodles are prepared very well. Amazing lunch overall!

Thai place in alphabet city!  The staff was very friendly and attentive. They do take out or dine in.  Cute place.  I like the floral decor.  Food was ok for me.  It’s not bad at all so if you are in the area you should check them out anyways.

Update! After a year, and the new Location ,, still.. best Thai restaurant I have been to.. excellent food, fresh and also huge portions..
Here I had the Shrimp Pad Thai, Curry Puffs and Refreshing Large sized Thai Iced tea ..
The restaurant is elegant and the waitresses are so well mannered and hesitate to bother you while you're eating but walk by with the intent for you to ask them what you need..I love coming here to get in my Good Zen, Peace and recoup from a hard day in this crazy city..also, there is an option to eat out on the open door Terrace..impeccable ..fresh flowers adorn the table for that breathe of fresh air feeling..keep up the great work! Delivery service has always been amazing as well.. Thanks for staying alive during the Pandemic! You want Good Thai food..this is most definitely your place to go On the Lower Eastside of Manhattan

Maten är bra som i Thailand och så är Servicen. Priserna är mycket överkomliga för all god mat du får. Från utsidan platsen ser inte alls ut som vad du kan förvänta dig från insidan. Det är som att gå in i en annan värld där väggar och tak är täckta av växter och blommor. Hela min måltid med pad see ew med kyckling sorgliga vårrullar var bara $ 25 med skatt.

Jag älskar thailändsk mat i synnerhet berusade nudlar. Deras priser är exceptionella. De ger också fina portioner. Jag kände mig typ av uppblåst efteråt så jag är inte säker på saltet eller möjlig MSG-användning. Hade de berusade nudlarna med räkor en gång och kyckling en annan med vitlök tillsatte den - härlig minst sagt. Kvaliteten på tjänsten är dålig och känns avkopplad. De kunde göra ett bättre jobb att få kunderna att känna sig hemma och vara hjärtliga. Jag skulle komma tillbaka och äta men säkert!

HUB THAI är en av de värsta jag har varit i när det gäller mat och service. Atmosfären är inte så bra men jag kan leva med den. Jag visade emellertid i korthet vilken typ av partier som kan uppstå när grindarna är nere och lamporna är avstängda. När hungrig sent på kvällen i NY måste du leva med den.

Jag beställde Pinneapple Fried Rice som var alltför doused med curry. Jag lade till söt chili sås för att göra det bättre. Detta fungerade för mig men jag behövde mer. . . Det var så illa och jag var så desperat. En annan kvinna gav mig det jag trodde var vad jag bad om, SWEET CHILI SAUCE. Tidigare gavs det mig i en såsfat. Den här gången ploppade denna speciella kvinna en stor såsdispenserflaska som hon tog från köket till mitt bord innan jag gick bort. Med liten anmärkning till hennes oförskämda gest jag lagt till vad jag trodde var söt chili sås till riset. Hon hade gett mig KRUSSAD PÄRSSPICE SAUCE. Jag hade knappt ätit min mat och denna sås gjorde det värre! Efter att ha förklarat detta till kvinnan erbjöd hon sig att ta betalt för den söta chilisås som jag ursprungligen bad om. W - T - H? ! ? ! DET VAR INGEN APOLOGI. Jag hade tagit bara 7 bett och litade inte på vad som skulle hända nästa! Jag vägrade att betala för någonting.

Hon blev upprörd och skrek något på kinesiska (Mandarin, Kantonesiska) - det var inte Thai! Nu är jag en för lika anställning, men när det gäller min mat kan jag vara lite skeptisk, om inte smaken är bra. Av de 3 personerna såg jag att arbeta där, ingen verkade vara thailändsk. Jag kunde ha fel på det men ananas Fried Rice var inte autentisk. . . det var en bedragare.

För mig säger tjänsten mycket om maten de gör och hur den är förberedd. Jag kommer aldrig att gå hit eller rekommendera det. Om du går, råder jag mot ananas Fried Rice och frågar efter söt chili sås. Och försök inte kommunicera till sista nattens värd på engelska eller thailändska - hon förstår inte.

Maten är traditionell thailändsk mat men kvalitet och service är oklanderlig. Också inredda. Prova de thailändska dumplings, Satay chicken och färsk lax.
