Let me start off off by saying thank you the great customer service. The young lady is very humble, kind and grateful so big ups to you young lady for such an incredible personality however I ordered shrimp , rice and broccoli the shrimp is literally bad, not fresh at all and soggy. I only ate the broccoli and then all that sauce in there taste like water. It’s not worth it AT ALL.

I ordered the Mongolian beef from the chef special I tried to try something new but I should’ve known better I was hoping the price would reflect the quality but unfortunately it didn’t this is supposed to be beef but idk what meat that is the meat was white like chicken breast and was discolored with a reddish color as if it wasn’t cooked all the way The host offered to exchange my food but I only ordered chicken wings and fried rice and they refused to refund me the difference at first after a little back and forth they agreed to refund me as long as I returned my previous order. What I will say is they sent out my new order very quickly and there was no issue with it

Rice way too oily. Boneless spare ribs too greasy. General Tso sweet. Been in the neighborhood for 11 years and it has gone down in quality year over year. Hang Lee on 204 way better

I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein  & French fries over the phone.

Taste: Lo Mein tasted pretty good, average taste.
The portion of the fries is big. But it tastes pretty straight forward, no seasoning.

Service: Customer service over the phone was polite & food was ready quickly.

They offer good customer service. It’s a clean Chinese restaurant. Alex the manager is very attentive, kind, and fast at serving customers. My last visit when I came here I ordered the house lomein and wings omg they were absolutely delicious 🤤🤤🤤
