The Bitter End is the greatest venue of all time! The most legendary place I've ever been to! Not only is the music still absolutely incredible but the staff are so welcoming and helpful from the owner to the bartenders to the door men to the sound engineers. I have never encountered such a wonderful place in my life that brings such enjoyment in every aspect! You walk in and immediately feel at home. I highly recommend! A perfect place for every night and every occasion. And they serve food! Love the food.

Nice venue, a little tight. I wish there was a little more communication on how our phones would have to stay off and locked away, and also how you would most likely be standing. But that's probably not the venues fault. Everyone working here seemed nice!

We came down for the songwriters collective evening as this is a historic venue in NYC and we were keen to visit. Iconic location which has seen ALL of the greats over the years and continues to offer opportunities to new (and older) talent. While perhaps we didn’t see the next Joni, Bob or Neil Young we did enjoy everyone giving it their best and the service was great and the host was enthusiastic about each act. A great and memorable evening for us and we would definitely go back. Plus some great graffiti in the washroom 😀

Great place to listen to music. The venue has great seating as a bar space and helpful staff to assist the performers. You can feel the history and nostalgia when you walk in. I have both listened and performed here and both experiences were great.

Saw a performance here a few weeks ago. Great intimate venue, got a table near the stage. Two drink minimum per person the evening we were there.
