I've tried giving this place numerous chances to not screw up my order, but they never fail to disappoint.
I wouldn't have even left this review if it wasn't for their terrible customer service. It's one thing to keep screwing up, it's another to have an attitude about it. Zero accountability. They're too busy speaking and disagreeing to hear what their customer is saying to them.

I’ve been going here consistently for the past few months, while I usually order breakfast, on this specific day I just wanted a small coffee. I patiently waited and stood by the cashier and ordered a small coffee where I saw fit. She then tells me I have to stand on the line. The line is for those who are ordering from the kitchen. I’ve been in here many times and seen people come in just to pick up coffee without standing in line. I politely walked out and got my coffee down the block. Very nasty attitude for the morning. If there are rules in place it should go for everyone, not pick and choose who you want to serve… do better!

There is always an issue for me when I try to get breakfast. The chef is always annoyed, has an unpleasant demeanor when you ask questions. Shame because its super convenient / across the st from my job. Just want good services when your paying higher prices.

The mexican cook there will argue with you because HE messed up your order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese w extra cheddar cheese, got a sausage egg and cheese with extra AMERICAN cheese. Went back to get my correct order and the cook was annoyed and argumentative and started questioning whether i paid for the extra cheese or not (spoiler: i did). That was my first time there, there certainly won’t be a second time.

På en varm lördagsmorgon i juli var det två andra bord som ätit. Vi beställde bagels med kalkonbacon, 2 ägg och extra ost. De kom inslagna i folie och kaffe i stora pappersmuggar - allt "att gå" stil. De var heta, välsmakande, kom snabbt och fyllde. Kaffe var utmärkt. Bra start på dagen.

Kall, hungrig och letar efter en bit att äta vi snubblat på Traders Express i Battery Park. Kocken var upptagen med att hugga färska grönsaker. . . ett gott tecken. Vi beställde smörgåsar från en ganska omfattande meny. I priset ingår en kopp god biff och grönsaks soppa. Smörgåsarna, en smörgås med medelhavsost och en svarta kyckling var båda riktigt bra. Restaurangen utrymme var grundläggande men mycket ren. Totalt sett en bra plats och utmärkt valuta för pengarna. . . . . . .

Min man och jag var turister, letar efter något annat än matvagnsalternativ i området Battery Park. Vi hittade denna deli och hade en fantastisk sallad, tillräckligt stor för oss två. Salladen är gjord enligt beställning, med många, många färska alternativ och ett brett utbud av förband. Tio av tio.

Jag vandrade runt hörnet på en regnig Söndag morgon som söker en kopp kaffe. Jag såg ut i fönstret till se en skrupulöst rent cafe. Utmärkt mat som tillagas på beställning för fantastiskt låga priser. Vad en stor överraskning.
