We drive about 40 minutes just to eat here and it's damn well worth it! The food here is top quality, I am very picky when it comes to eating out, moved here from Chicago suburbs a few years ago and I knew the food is going to be not as great out here. I can't say enough about this place if you're looking for quality and they don't skip on the quantity, this is the place trust me! :-)

On short notice,  SCOTT’s GENERATIONS filled a catering order for me. I am from out of town, but had good reviews from townies. I was nervous because I am a caterer myself, so I called twice to confirm and they were very courteous and helpful. When my husband picked up the order it was MAGNIFICENT.  The bread was so fresh and the Corned Beef delicious. The trays were pretty and all the condiments were there. All very generous. The pickles were homemade which my adult kids did not understand but I did as I grew up near Detroit  Delicatessens that served them back in the day in jars on     The tables!😁.

We are originally from the suburbs of Chicagoland. Though we love AZ, we miss the quality food we had back home. Stumbling upon Scott's was a gift cause it is PHENOMENAL! We live in Surprise but the drive is well worth it. The sandwiches are huge and flavor packed. You can taste the quality. Matzo ball soup is delicious as are their baked goods. I wish there were more great places like this around. If you are looking for an authentic Jewish deli, this is the place to go. And, unless you are a very big eater, you'll definitely have some to bring home. Scott's rocks!!

We went with friends for the first time for all of us. Scott's Generation was highly recommend by 2 gentleman at another restaurant one morning. They were absolutely correct and the food was fantastic. I had the pastrami sandwich it came with real potato wedges fries, that they must have made, and cole slaw was great also. EVERYTHING was excellent quality and the pastrami was piled high. I have an excellent appetite and finish everything, but I should have shared or brought the other half home. We will be back, everyone was extremely happy with their lunches. A new restaurant for us and one I would recommend. The service was absolutely the best our waiter brought out our food and said he would be right back. He ran to the grocery store to get some Mandarin oranges for my wife's Oriental chicken salad they had run out, talk about going the extra mile, very impressed!!! Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

If I didn't order matzo ball soup, food would have been 4.5/5.  If I only ordered the soup, it would have been 1 /2.  Ordered a corned beef sandwich and a new yorker.  Both sandwiches were delicious and overstuffed, but the corned beef was a bit fatty.  Kids got some pancakes and said they were good.  The biggest thing that stood out was the matzo ball soup.  While the broth was good (chicken, carrots, celery), the matzo balls were not only rock hard, but almost flavorless.  Looks like they added dill in it, but tasted nothing. Would not order soup again unless they change recipe.
