I was so excited to be able to snag a reservation for my birthday weekend. When I booked online I gave an arrival time of 2pm and was told that our room would be ready by 3, 3:30 at the latest.
We arrived a little after 3 to check in and were told that our room wasn’t quite ready, but would be in about 15-20 minutes max.  We were fine with that …it was the weekend, they were clearly busy and there was a wedding going on.
We waited for approximately 40 minutes and when I approached the service desk to request an update, I was told that they could not provide at the time.  I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they didn’t have one there for the weekend.
I returned to my seat and a little while later a gentleman (Dominique) approached us and said that they had housekeeping in our room and they would be subtracting $100 from our bill.
While I appreciate the generosity, we still paid a lot of money to stay overnight and due to the wait missed our dinner reservation and many of the attractions we planned to attend would be closing very shortly.  We then had to figure out new dinner plans and what else there was to do in the short amount of time we had left before night time and check out the next morning.
I am not a complainer and understand that things happen however, this trip was supposed to be an exciting getaway and unfortunately was not at all what we had hoped for due to the extended wait time.  In the event that there is a potential delay for check in, it would’ve been nice to receive a call so that we had time to make alternate plans.  Instead, we paid $500 (that’s with the $100 discount) for a one night stay, and ultimately no plans since we missed out on all of the plans and reservations arranged.

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bottleworks Hotel in the city we live in, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the elegant decor, impeccable service, and attention to detail.

The hotel is situated in downtown Indianapolis, making it ideal for exploring everything the town has to offer. From fine dining  to bars and entertainment, everything is just a short walk or drive away.  Not to mention the Bottleworks Garage!  There is so much to do there.

The Bottleworks strikes the perfect balance between luxury and warmth. The lobby is expansive, with beautiful decor and comfortable seating. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, offering a perfect mix of contemporary comfort and classic charm. We loved the soft lighting, plush bedding and the shower is AMAZING!

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was not only friendly but went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

I cannot recommend The Bottleworks Hotel enough! Whether you're visiting for business, pleasure or staying overnight local, it offers everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The combination of top-tier service, stunning design, and convenient location makes it the best place to stay in the city. My friends and I decided last year to make this an annual event, and I can assure you we will be back next year.....if not sooner!

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. This was my second stay and from the moment you arrive the staff is extremely friendly. Anything you need they make it happen. I needed more towels, an extra blanket and a table - they delivered on all of it. The location couldn’t be perfect and it’s nice having a bar, nail salon etc located in the hotel. I didn’t hear any noise from the hall / other rooms, the towels are the softest I have ever had and the beds are comfortable. Can’t recommend it enough.

Bottleworks hotel…where could I start. Well to get down to business the hotel is amazing, it seems like such a large place, but at the same time it’s small and comfortable.  The staff is polite and professional, and the rooms are unique and have their own personality.  I stay at this place at least once a year for a fundraiser at the museum down the street. You get a downtown feel but not in a crowded way. The night life is vibrant and alive, but if you feel like just chillin in the room, it has everything you need.  Chromecast your favorite show and stay inside if that’s your thing.  In all, this is my go-to hotel when I come out to Indy. Thanks to all the staff that make you feel as if you are truly a VIP.

First of all, this hotel’s charm, architecture, history & location are amazing. The attention to detail was impressive all around.

We stayed for a one-night getaway. We were pleased with most things regarding our stay.

Unfortunately, we had the worst night of sleep we’ve ever experienced away from home.
Our hotel was overlooking The Garage and Pins. We expected perhaps some late-night pedestrians to be loud on their way home from a fun night. What we did not expect was a giant piece of metal(?) in the Bottleworks street that we think was protecting some portions of the hotel brick street. EVERY time a vehicle went over the metal it made two loud clanging sounds. The smaller vehicles were annoying, while the larger trucks and delivery vehicles shook us awake.
I use earplugs and still could hear it through them. My husband, who has slept through tornados and alarms, was even bothered by it. I was able to sleep from about 2-4am, when I assume the traffic on that road was fairly light.

I hate to dock two stars, but this was a pricey one-night vacation stay meant for rest and rejuvenation and it yielded neither.
It was bad enough that had we been staying a second night we would’ve asked to move to the opposite end of the hotel or we would’ve checked out early.
I spoke to the front desk the next morning and they didn’t seem overly concerned. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I’m hoping whomever reads this (if they haven’t fixed the road yet) will be able to request a room far away from the hotel entrance across from Pins.

(Highly recommend The Garage food hall, Pins duckin bowling, and The Fountain Room for fine dining)
