I've gotten a few emails from them. I appreciate their kindness. They're thorough and they edited & amended my request as it changed over the few weeks before hand.

We were trying to secure transportation to a medical appointment from Annapolis to Baltimore. They said that they could do it, we sent an e-mail with the details per their request. We never received a confirmation and any follow-up from Jeff. We decided to go with another transportation service. I am sorry that this happened as we need transportation services and wanted to develop a relationship with a vendor for our transportation needs. I hope that things improve.

Annapolis Transportation Solutions is great! I called them to make a reservation for 9 people to go to the airport- Jeff was awesome! He talked me through the price and everything. They arrived early and are very reliable! We will definitely be calling them again!!

This is the most professional and proficient transportation service we have ever used. We have been clients for over 3 years now, and we refer all our family and friends to them as well. The owner, Jeff, and the office manager, Sarah, make your reservation effortless and always efficient. The drivers are always in proper attire, dependable, competent, and very professional. Their vehicles are superb; always clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I cannot praise this company enough for their outstanding service in every facet of business and dedication to their clients!

We used Annapolis Transportation Solutions for our wedding and were so happy with their services. The van transported the bridal party from the salon to the hotel and to the ceremony. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. Since it was such a hot day, we ended up using the van as a shuttle to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. It was a short distance but everyone was very appreciative of the great service and that they didn't have to walk in the heat. We had a great experience with Annapolis Transportation Solutions!

I used Annapolis Transportation Solutions for the first time on saturday night to get a town car service home from a wedding reception on the Eastern Shore. We were given our drivers name and contact information in advance. He arrived early and did not have any problem when we changed the pick up location because we had left the reception and go to a local bar. The car was clean and they allowed us to pay by credit card up front which was also very helpful. I would highly recommend them for their affordable pricing and reliable, efficient, and friendly service. Our driver Joel was great.

I've called about 6 times, left two messages and also submitted a reservation request online as their voicemail says and have not received a call back or an email. Horrible customer service!

Great service!! They showed up 10 min early, drove us from North beach to Renaissance Fair, driver was real professional , didn't seem to mind the "pre gaming" if you know what i mean:) i recommend them for sure!
