We have used the taxi for years to ride from the boat to town dock. During a week long stay on mooring #17, a matter arose where I needed to drive back to Baltimore to grab some missed packed medical supplies. Unfortunately it was all ready 8pm and the last taxi stopped at 10pm. Capt. Phillis went above and beyond her service. She assured me her taxi would be waiting to take me back to the boat. It was a big comfort during my 2hr round trip drive. Thanks a million to all the fine and pleasant captains especially Capt. Phillies. ​

What better way to get around than on the water. I would commute via water if there were a way to where I live. In Annapolis, there is! So try it out. Starting out at $2 you've got nothing to lose and it is a super fun way to beat the heat and enjoy that sea breeze while watching the shoreline pass you by. They have a fairly high capacity, we were a group of 6 and all fit plus more. So go cruise Annapolis

The water taxi was easy to find and being mid-week, was not too busy so we had no wait to catch the taxi going out to a restaurant on the other side of the harbor. The captain was friendly, the ride was nice though too short! Only negative was getting a return ride. I could see on busy days there could be a good wait. Our wait was because we got the phone number wrong to call. The captain did not have a card to provide and we had to write the number down. Luckily we were able to get the right number and get our return ride.

What a blast! I am not from the east coast, and had no idea that there was a "sailing season." All of the sailboat tours were not running at this time (3/23/2021). This is a FABULOUS ALTERNATIVE! The captain & tour guide were so kind and friendly! They had snacks aboard with wine and beer! The sights and history were amazing too! I am so glad my partner and I sailed with you all. Cheers from Las Vegas! Cannot wait to be back.

Hubby and I had just finished a really fantastic dinner at the Charthouse (my birthday dinner) and though we had taken an Uber there, hubby suggested I call the Annapolis Water Taxi. I quickly Yelped Annapolis Water Tax, called and when the Taxi Service answered I asked if they were still providing service (cuz it was kinda late), He laughed and said "I answered the phone didn't I!? Hubby and I cracked up- I was laughing when answered him,"Well, were at the Charthouse, come on and get us!!! LOL cuz we got drinkin' to do!!! We walked around the back of the restaurant and there is the Water Taxi pick up. The Capt arrived shortly, waiving hello and greeting us with laughter and a big smile, the water was a little rough, but he kept the boat steady so we could get on board. We were all laughing about the phone conversation, sometimes it's really just nice to meet someone that has a good sense of humor and be able to banter back and forth, enjoy the conversation. Because it was the weekend before the big boat show, it was nice to hear about the set ups of the temporary docks and the beautiful yachts in port. He dropped us off at our hotel Annapolis Waterfront Hotel which is which is next to the bar we were heading to- Pusser's for a few "Pain Killers. The Taxi cost was $3 pp and I think it's a fantastically great way to get around. We would absolutely call the Annapolis Water Taxi service again.

What a great way to get around Annapolis on a nice sunny day. A group of my friends had gotten together to do lunch and we decided to use the Water Taxi because it was a reasonable price for 10 of us instead of driving in separate cars. The water taxi has plenty of room for groups and boat operators are very friendly. Our one driver warned one of the passengers that the water sometimes splashes in where they were sitting so they didn't get wet and have to walk around soaking wet the rest of the day. The fair was $6 per person one way which is a decent price. I didn't ask if they had day passes or specials, but I do know you can call the water taxi number and they will provide you with times of when the boat will arrive at docks. I will def. use the Annapolis Water Taxi again the next time in town. There are some great views that you normally can't see if you are onshore.

I got on the boat from watergate and was told after driving for 10 min they only go there at the top of the hour and kicked us off back in downtown Annapolis. Before kicking us off Captain mike threw my stroller stating it was in his way and never asked me to move it. I would pay to Uber instead of riding with these guys!
